The food is good but not exceptional; however, we only ordered sweet dishes. The service, on the other hand, is truly catastrophic. Everything is very hectic and rushed, and on top of that, it's completely disorganized. The Kaiserschmarren was placed on the table, and as soon as I picked up my fork, someone came and took it away, grumbling "Wrong table." This creates a rather chaotic and hectic atmosphere, just like the service itself.

Very good food, and despite the busy times, the wait times were still acceptable. However, in South Tyrol, the macaroni seems to be made from penne.

Ristorante Zur Blauen Traube

07/02/2026: We ate at the Blaue Traube restaurant in Algund and were very satisfied. The food was excellent, freshly prepared, and tasted fantastic. The service was also friendly, attentive, and quick. You immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. Overall, a great restaurant that we would definitely recommend and would gladly visit again.
25/01/2026: We visited the Blaue Traube at the beginning of January – and honestly: it was the best meal we've had in a long time. The taste was top-notch, perfectly balanced, and simply delicious. Highly recommended!

Trattoria Bar Mainardo

16/07/2026: The food is absolutely fantastic. The restaurant is family owned, and you can feel the owners heart in their service (the owners are the waiters). The place inside looks like something that has never been renovated, but the food will leave you stunned
15/07/2026: So excellent so tasty just fantastic meal! Got the buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes, goat cheese with honey, carbonara, and pasta with the beef cheek! All 10/10
