13/07/2026: We had pizza and gnocchi, both were delicious. Also unfiltered beer. Service was fast and pleasant. The atmosphere in the outdoor seating was spoiled by the presence of a large number of insects (flies).

19/06/2026: We went for lunch, and they didn't give us much consideration for our seating... Not in the sun... 4 times to ask the waiters for water, which is unacceptable... luckily I found a helpful waitress. The food was good, even though the workers' menu is limited. There's no choice, I would have preferred to eat à la carte. I definitely won't be returning.

04/03/2026: We had a truly wonderful time, the service and friendliness were excellent, and the food was truly magnificent. The rooms were super comfortable and well-organized, the spa and pool area was beautiful, a true immersion in relaxation, the staff was incredibly attentive, and as I mentioned before, the service was excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised by the many thoughtful touches we received, the birthday cake was incredibly unexpected, and I thank you again from the bottom of my heart for the gesture. You touched me ❤️. Additionally, since we couldn't bring our dog into the dining room, we dined at the bar. I must say, everything was perfect there, nothing was out of place, and we felt truly pampered from start to finish. I sincerely thank everyone for the amazing work you do every day. In fact, we've already booked for this summer too.

18/02/2026: What can I say? The staff were incredibly kind and available to answer any questions, the rooms were immaculate and clean, the location was excellent, close to the center. My favorite thing was the wellness area... I was enchanted. There's a section open to everyone, and another reserved for those over 14. Highly recommended if you're looking for a truly relaxing vacation. And I almost forgot... The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

26/05/2026: An excellent hotel in every way. The reception was excellent, and the waiters were excellent (fast and precise in their service and very friendly with guests). The room was very large and comfortable, with a huge balcony. The housekeeping was excellent. Towels were changed every day (even if not requested). The bathrobes included in the price were perfect, as were the spa towels available. The spa is small but very beautiful and well-maintained. The fresh water in the jug and the hazelnuts, almonds, and healthy snacks available were appreciated. Sincere praise goes to the restaurant, where we enjoyed traditional dishes, beautifully cooked and presented. The hotel's location, as other guests have noted, allows you to reach the center of Vipiteno with just a short walk. We just left and are already thinking about when to return. Highly recommended.

06/07/2026: We were here for lunch in the afternoon: Great service, super delicious food. We had the three dumplings (spinach, cheese, and bacon) with salad and a cold cut platter. For dessert, a yeast dumpling. It was so good! The sauce on the yeast dumpling was so delicious. Thank you!
