First-class service
15/02/2026: We stayed for one night thanks to winning an Enel competition.
We were welcomed with professionalism, friendliness, and the utmost helpfulness by all the staff in a refined and characteristic location. Special mention goes to the restaurant manager, who went out of his way to accommodate my wife's dietary needs.
If the opportunity arises, we will gladly return.

20/05/2026: A really nice restaurant in a small village. We didn't have a reservation, but we were able to eat. Although we went into the kitchen, it was really fun to watch the pizza being made from up close. The pizza was a bit watery, but it tasted really good.
18/05/2026: I've eaten many pizzas around the world, but these are definitely among the most delicious I've ever had. Plus, a fair price and friendly staff 👍🏽

29/06/2026: We're here on vacation and really wanted to eat authentic Italian pizza. We asked where to find the best one and weren't disappointed.
The service was very, very polite. The food was delicious.
We got two vegan pizzas and ordered the pizza dough as focaccia for one pizza.
It's the best pizza dough we've had in a long time.

23/06/2026: We ended up there more or less by accident, simply because we were hungry. And we were very pleasantly surprised: the service was very friendly, and the drinks arrived very quickly. The salad bar was rather basic, but adequate. The food also arrived quickly and was delicious! I've never had tagliata served with fried potatoes before, but oh well, it is South Tyrol after all 😄 The goulash with bacon dumplings was very tasty! The only downside is the ambiance (the plastic sheeting on the terrace makes it a bit stuffy), but otherwise, a definite recommendation!

01/07/2026: This year too, I visited Mike, the owner of Mar Dolomit: a wonderful welcome, attentive and very polite staff, and delicious dishes: canederli, potato gnocchi, Storo polenta, and melted cheese and porcini mushrooms. Excellent price. A sure thing in Ortisei, see you next time.
01/07/2026: My friends and I came to Mar Dolomit and discovered some exceptional speck dumplings. Soft, tasty, and authentic: the best we've tasted in Ortisei. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service friendly. We'll definitely be back!

13/07/2026: - Excellent service (not intrusive, but always attentive and concerned that everything is perfect)
- Very good pizza – the combination of Roman pizza and the perfect South Tyrolean touch (e.g., with porcini/chanterelle mushrooms; hunter's pizza) is unique and tasted delicious
- Perfect view of the valley when sitting outside. The owner also took the time to explain to us which alpine pastures are worth visiting (and are open for business).

The lady who served us was extremely friendly.
The food was excellent; we tried several dishes, including the superbly cooked shank.
The prices were excellent.
Highly recommended!! We'll definitely be back.

05/07/2026: This is the best goulash I've ever eaten! The grilled pork chop was also truly excellent, and the French fries won everyone over.
Unfortunately, we arrived a little late and weren't able to try all the dishes we'd have liked, especially since the portions are so generous!
It's really hard to find a restaurant that offers better value than this one. I highly recommend it!

14/07/2026: As part of our work as official food critics, we visited and reviewed Pizzeria Erika.
Pizzeria Erika impressed us across the board. The food was excellent, the ingredients fresh, and the dishes delicious. The service deserves special mention. Even though we arrived shortly before closing time, the waiter greeted us warmly and seated us without hesitation. This hospitality and attentive service are anything but standard. The pleasant atmosphere and the high quality of the food made our visit perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend Pizzeria Erika and will gladly return.

22/06/2026: I went to this restaurant for pizza. The pizza looked very inviting, but I had a bit of a hard time digesting it. Otherwise, the atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff were friendly.
20/06/2026: What a huge disappointment!
When I pulled off the highway to a restaurant that was listed on Google Maps as open until 8:00 PM, it was actually closed. Dear owners, it's not enough to just stick a sign on the closed door. Respect your customers' time and money and update your restaurant's listing! I don't recommend taking the risk and pulling over like I did.
