15/02/2026: We stayed for one night thanks to winning an Enel competition. We were welcomed with professionalism, friendliness, and the utmost helpfulness by all the staff in a refined and characteristic location. Special mention goes to the restaurant manager, who went out of his way to accommodate my wife's dietary needs. If the opportunity arises, we will gladly return.

08/04/2026: Great restaurant with incredibly delicious pizza, and the staff is absolutely lovely. We ate here several times during our holiday – simply fantastic. Even our dogs were treated like royalty. Highly recommended!

15/03/2026: I can only comment on the food, as we only had pizza. The service was very helpful and friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable. Parking is limited and hard to find; it's best to walk. As for the pizza itself – simply fantastic – everything was delicious and fresh.

15/03/2026: Going out to eat with a group of 36 people is quite something. For the staff here, it was no problem. Fantastic food, cheerful staff, and lots of fun.

21/04/2026: We ate here twice in four days. They were closed the other two days ☺️. They have delicious pizzas and salads. With very friendly and helpful staff, we easily got two plates with our dishes to share. This is a real winner.

08/04/2026: We went here for pizza on a recommendation, but were unfortunately disappointed. Or almost. My son had a really delicious pizza, but my wife's Diavola, well... Visually and in terms of taste, it was basically great, but canned mushrooms, are you serious? That's unacceptable to me. But as I said, my son's Siciliana was really good.

06/04/2026: Four of us had lunch, with various first and second courses. Everything was very good. The prices were a bit high compared to a few years ago, when they were better than other nearby restaurants.

10/04/2026: The service was quick, but the pizza dough lacked consistency, despite its generous diameter. It wasn't pleasant to be spoken to in German about our starters, although I imagine they cater to a large clientele (Swiss, Austrian, etc.). We ordered small portions of soda and beer, and I was a little confused when we received them (0.4 cl instead of 0.3 cl), but the bill came for the large ones... So, an extra 4 euros that we couldn't even finish (too much for us).

05/04/2026: Spectacularly rude service. The waiter was rude, argumentative and gave us an impression that he wanted to start a fight by insulting my wife on multiple occasions. He was talking to himself when clearing an empty table next to us. He was making unsolicited comments about some of our half eaten plates. No idea how this place has such a high rating on Google. Perhaps we were just very unlucky with our waiter and the rest of the staff are doing a professional job.

02/05/2026: The service was very friendly. The pizza was excellent. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the courtyard. The only downside was the extra charge for the cover fee. Unfortunately, we only noticed this afterward. This isn't standard practice everywhere in Merano.

02/05/2026: The price-performance ratio was a disaster. We even finished the dry bread with croissants, for which they charged us three euros. Otherwise, our stomachs would have been completely empty. The portion was too small for a toddler.

24/04/2026: We visited Ristorante Pizzeria Europa twice during our stay and were absolutely thrilled. You can immediately tell it's a family-run business – everything is done with precision, and the team works together seamlessly. • Saturday evening: It was a bit quieter, and we were able to enjoy the wonderful ambiance in a relaxed atmosphere. • Sunday lunchtime: As the team had warned us the evening before, it was packed during peak hours. But hats off to them: Despite the high volume of customers, the service remained absolutely perfect! No one seemed stressed or annoyed. On the contrary: We received an incredibly warm welcome, the food arrived incredibly quickly, and we were frequently asked if everything was alright or if we needed anything. Regarding the food: The pizza came fresh from the oven, had fantastic toppings, and tasted amazing. The desserts (tiramisu and "Hot Love") were also divine and the perfect ending to the meal. The prices are also very fair. Conclusion: A thoroughly enjoyable visit with a level of hospitality that deserves our support. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!
