17/03/2024: Domenica dopo un'escursione piedi, ci siamo fermati presso questo locale trovato su TripAdvisor. Abbiamo ordinato un piatto misto di speck e formaggio, Spiegeleier, vino rosso, acqua, caffè. Tutto molto buono e ben presentato. Servizio preciso e cortese. Location ben curata con bella vista sulla Val d'Adige. Prezzi un po' altini, ma giustificati dalla precisione, dalla pulizia e dalla qualità. Posti auto limitati, meglio andarci a piedi. Da consigliare.

We were very satisfied with the service and felt comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!
We'll definitely be back and then maybe not just for dinner😁👍

02/04/2024: We were very rustic, that's fine for me, it's too dark but I think the food is just a bit lacking salt everywhere, the fried potatoes were burnt three times for my taste in the morning, the schnitzel was very large in size, the beef goulash was two Dumpling burgers, well, that's just what the store-bought ones are like and the six pieces of beef on the plate didn't blow me away and the awesome thing about the goulash was vinegar sour, so that's not possible for me and what's more, you pay quite reasonably for the food so you can do more demand quality as canteens
30/03/2024: Super nice rustic atmosphere. Very clean. Excellent cuisine! Had asparagus, Wiener Schnitzel wine and grappa. A delicious soup with bacon dumplings to warm your stomach. Hmmm.. Very nice service! Saved our rainy Easter Saturday.

09/03/2024: Sono stata qui a pranzo con mia figlia. La sala è
elegante ed essenziale..peccato che essendo
domenica a pranzo ci fosse un po' di confusione a
causa delle numerose famiglie con bambini.
Ho mangiato un risotto agli asparagi, buono, ma forse
la cottura del riso andrebbe tenuta più al dente. Mia
figlia ha preso dei gnocchi, molto ben fatti. Mi e
dispiaciuto il fatto che il prezzo dei gnocchi, che noi
abbiamo chiesto al pomodoro, sia rimasto lo stesso del
piatto originale (gnocchi con ragu di cervo). Anche la
bottiglia d'acqua l'ho trovata un po' cara...5 euro...Molto buona la focaccia servita al posto del pane!Camerieri gentili, disponibilità e pazienza della
cameriera, soprattutto al momento del conto.

04/04/2024: Chef Arno still surprises with his simply creative dishes in the living room atmosphere of this special place on the town's main square. Best gnocchi with green asparagus and mushrooms, spinach dumplings with blue mold and radicchio, ham refined in Gewürztraminer... In addition, two precious bottles of Gewürztraminer from the experienced hand of sommelier Doris in the parallel tasting, which are also on sale at wine shop prices because this restaurant also offers wines in retail sales. Worth a detour, go there! Unfortunately it's almost always fully booked, but in an emergency you can sit at the counter with two people.
04/04/2024: A most enjoyable evening from start to finish!
Nettle dumplings, lamb chops and saddle of veal - completed with an excellent cheese variation and a crème brûlée.

Beyond the design and beauty of the structure, we had the opportunity to taste a truly exceptional variety of wines, all seasoned with curious and detailed information on the winery's production provided to us by Miss Alexia. A special thanks goes to the latter, for her extraordinary passion, professionalism and kindness that she transmitted to us all.

30/03/2024: Traditionally our favorite place to stop in Tramin for many years. Super warm hostesses and every dish is always absolutely brilliant! The menu offers something for everyone, you are always welcome with children! Reservation always necessary!

04/04/2024: If you want to eat something other than pizza...we had fried eggs with ham and roaster...with coleslaw...it was very tasty. Nice and rustic and from here you have a nice view of the village. The climb is worth it.

01/04/2024: Tradition and modernity, experience and innovation, Elena Walch's offer is the reference on the wine route, and the best offer for still wines. The cellar is a pearl in the village and I will visit the castle and the vineyard as soon as the weather allows it.
20/02/2024: Excellent quality wines tasted inside the structure, really beautiful, with excellent service. White wines (reds on the next visit) which highlight great care in the creation of the different products offered by the cellar. Absolutely worth visiting.

09/03/2024: I went to this place with a large group of people with children. We were quite noisy, but despite this we were treated with great courtesy. We tried different types of products, both sweet and savory and everything seemed really good. I really liked the cream donut, soft and with a nice filling. Prices are normal.
If I happen to pass through these parts again, I will definitely come back!

05/11/2023: Wir hatten per mail eine Tischreservierung erbeten, bekamen wir aber leider keine Antwort. Also sind wir auf gut Glück dorthin (bei strömenden Regen)
Und wurden von der Chefin freundlich begrüßt und wir hatten einen großen Tisch empfohlen bekommen und gefragt ob wir kein Problem damit hätten das sie noch weitere Gäste dazu setzen könne. Kein Thema, wir freuten uns sehr auf das lecker Essen. Es gab eine Schreibtafel mit der Tageskarte.
Als Hackfleisch Liebhaberein und Kartoffelsalat fanatikerin bestellte ich mir trotz des hohen Preises von 17,50€ die Fleischkrapfen mit Speckkartoffelsalat. Mit starker Erwartung für diesen ernorm hohen Preis eine klasse Spezialiät serviert zu bekommen.
Leider wurde ich schwer Enttäuscht. Der Salat scheinte zwar selbstgemacht, aber vollkommen ohne Geschmack. Selbst der Speck konnte nix. Die zwei Fleischkrapfen waren aus sehr feinem Hackfleisch das sehr sehr rosa war.
Die Soße war auch sehr enttäuschend.
Dazu kommt noch das der halber Liter Vernatsch für 12 Euro verkauft wird. Das ist uns in der Tat nirgendwo anders untergekommen. Wir sind wirklich viel eingekehrt und überall haben wir 7 bis 8 Euro für einen halben Liter Vernatsch gezahlt.
Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.
02/11/2023: Tipico ristorante sudtirolese, un una location unica nel suo genere. I tavoli sono sistemati fra decine di botti in legno in disuso. Dentro alcune di queste si può addirittura cenare!
I piatti sono semplici, ma realizzati in maniera impeccabile. Materie prime fresche, sapori e gusti azzeccati.
I vini sono prodotti dalla stessa azienda. Equilibrati e strutturati, e su tutti spicca il Lagrein per il suo tannino fine ed elegante.
Il personale è attento alla clientela.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
