13/02/2024: Good, but not 'very good'. We had a number of comments after our visit to this restaurant today. I read very good comments in the reviews and also that it was often full. However, when we were there, there was only 1 other table occupied. We sat in an almost empty restaurant. I personally find that a bit less pleasant. Lots of people and atmosphere around you creates a pleasant atmosphere. Maybe we went at a time when not many people go to restaurants (Tuesday evening). A second point that made it less pleasant was the waiter. He was very correct and friendly, but I noticed that he was not feeling 100%. So I wish him the best of luck! He often had to wrinkle his nose, occasionally coughed and once showed with a hand gesture that he had a headache. Presumably he was (becoming) ill. A third final point was the location. The fluorescent lights and less warm decor gave me a less cozy vibe. Of course, 'tastes differ' applies here. For the rest this restaurant was certainly okay. Tasty Carpaccio and tasty canderli. This would certainly have been a different experience with a full restaurant and a waiter who felt 100%.

04/04/2024: Very bad experience. I pass by it every day, I stopped for a bite to eat on Saturday. Ordered 1 meraner (good), currywurst (decent) and an inedible schnitzel. They bring the schnitzel a little later than the frankfurters, I cut it and it is raw (chicken) with blood. I point this out and they promptly apologize and take the plate away. What comes back next is even worse, confirmed by everyone at the table. So I give up and give in to the (good) French fries. Clearing the table and seeing the cutlets on the plate, the waitress asks nothing. Upon payment, a subtle observation is made about the cutlets, but without any comment the full bill is given. Never again.

21/03/2024: Once or twice a year, when I go to Bolzano I always stop there, for about ten years now, the food is good.

02/04/2024: We had dinner on Sunday March 31, 2024. Cozy staff friendly food good. Cute little economy.

24/03/2024: Exceptional fassona fillet! Perfect cooking! Clean place, very friendly. I loved it!
