07/04/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars only because it's impossible to give more. The cakes are fabulous and of excellent quality. There are so many variations, each one better than the last. The atmosphere is refined, with a beautiful view outside. The owner is incredibly kind. The prices are more than fair.

26/11/2025: What can I say... My husband and I had a wonderful time! Excellent food, friendly and attentive owner, who also told us they've owned this farm since the 1400s: amazing! The food and drink are good and the prices are fair. I highly recommend it 👍🏻

16/10/2025: Absolutely wonderful! We were there during the week in October, so we were lucky enough to get a lovely table on the terrace. Brilliant sunshine, good wine, and a divine Kaiserschmarrn. We would have loved to stay and enjoy it forever.

15/03/2026: Very nice pizzeria restaurant, very easy to get to, right on the Val Pusteria road. The pizza was excellent, for my taste. Excellent service.

11/03/2026: The only good food Koriander offers is pizza, unfortunately. Our group went there two times and tried many different dishes, most of which were quite disappointing - especially the cordon bleu and the deserts.

23/12/2025: We came here on the recommendation of our landlady. They bake with love here. And... There are lots of little slices to choose from, including a variety of cakes. And we tried quite a few! We definitely can't answer the question of which cake tastes better... They were all so delicious! Definitely recommended, and the earth pyramids nearby are a great addition.

15/01/2026: In a wonderful location, this beautiful hotel welcomes you...in half. The rooms are very beautiful and warm, the spa is wonderful. Unfortunately, for the prices, you'd expect the same level of care as other South Tyrolean hotels, but the details are lacking: breakfast is poor. There's no option to make freshly squeezed juices or smoothies, there's no fresh fruit, and there's no kettle for tea or herbal teas. Pieces of the same desserts every day. Dinner is incredibly long due to the limited staff. And the side dishes are always the same: baby carrots, mushrooms, mushrooms. I'd prefer simpler, but healthier and more digestible options. In the spa, a jug of light juice and herbal tea, only dried bananas. No fresh fruit. After an hour, everything is gone and no one comes to check on you. A hotel with excellent potential, but it needs more staff, care, and attention. The dining room is 1970s-style, the paintings, the decorations, the plants. There's a lot of room for improvement. And don't count the tap water, it's shameful. For the money people pay, I think you can give away some water, right?
