My friends and I came to Mar Dolomit and discovered some exceptional speck dumplings. Soft, tasty, and authentic: the best we've tasted in Ortisei. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service friendly. We'll definitely be back!

This year too, I visited Mike, the owner of Mar Dolomit: a wonderful welcome, attentive and very polite staff, and delicious dishes: canederli, potato gnocchi, Storo polenta, and melted cheese and porcini mushrooms. Excellent price. A sure thing in Ortisei, see you next time.

I was with my family in Ortisei, we found the restaurant of the structure by the pool, I must say that we had a really good time, very kind and welcoming staff, traditional and Italian food and excellent pizza

Pizza was hot with a crispy crust, and the mămăligă with “cu gust” sausages was amazing - real comfort food. Shout out to Andrei, our waiter. Super friendly and helpful. Will come back for sure.

Really good food! And very good gluten free options. The staff and the chef are really aware of the gluten restrictions and are ready to modify their plate to accommodate the customers’ wishes. For example my wife and my son (Celica) chose the dumplings and goulash and they were delicious. And they have many options without gluten (pasta, dumplings, burgers,….) but no pizza without gluten. The staff were also very nice and the outdoor patio was very pleasant!

Beautiful restaurant serving authentic Tyrolean cuisine. I had the veal chop with potatoes and was better than any wienerschnitzel I’ve had across Germany. My wife and I also shared a plate of polenta gnocchi that were phenomenal. We had the privilege of having the owner Mike as our server and he was so kind. He also referred me a beer that was the most tasty and refreshing beer I have ever had.
