14/05/2026: The welcome was incredibly friendly, even warm. We had made a reservation. We were quickly shown to our table and shortly afterward were able to order our drinks. After perusing the menus, we opted for Kaspressknödel (cheese dumplings) and Herrengröstl (a traditional potato and meat dish). Everything was delicious. However, we did notice that the dumplings could have benefited from a little more sauce. For dessert, we had Strauben and "Hot Love" (a type of fried pastry). Strauben is a deep-fried pastry. Absolutely delicious, definitely worth trying! All in all, a very nice restaurant with excellent service and incredibly tasty food. Thank you so much, and we'd be happy to recommend you.

07/06/2026: Great place to eat! The location is beautiful and it is very kid friendly. They even brought our son’s meal out once it was ready, even though it was a couple minutes before my husband and I’s meals were ready, which if you’re a parent you know is the most ideal! Everything we had was delicious and the service was spectacular. We would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back someday.

Note that the standard Italian three-pronged plug doesn't work here, so the front desk staff provided us with an adapter. I recommend the half-board option. The hotel is located on a hill, and the access road is narrow and a bit difficult for cars, making access difficult. However, the hotel's own food is excellent. The alpacas are adorable and very approachable; a must-see if you're visiting. The downside is that the room amenities are quite basic, especially the very slow Wi-Fi.

30/05/2026: We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The rooms are charming, very stylishly furnished, and spotlessly clean – you immediately feel at home. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being intrusive. The absolute highlight: the spa area. We've stayed in many hotels, but this is by far the best we've ever seen. Spacious, stylishly designed, and impeccably maintained. You can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail has gone into it. The culinary offerings leave nothing to be desired. The food is high-quality, fresh, and varied. The selection at breakfast and dinner is enormous – there's truly something for everyone.

24/01/2026: Our stay at Romantik Hotel Santer was absolutely wonderful! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and friendly staff who welcomed us with genuine hospitality — and many of them speak multiple languages, including Russian, which made communication effortless. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — right beside the Nordic Arena, making it an ideal base for cross-country skiing. You can literally step out the door and onto the trails. It’s also perfect for hiking and trail running in the surrounding Dolomites, with beautiful mountain routes starting nearby. One of the standout features of the hotel for us was the well-designed ski storage and preparation rooms — super convenient after long days on the snow. The spa and wellness area is absolutely exceptional! With a variety of saunas, relaxation zones, an indoor pool, and two heated outdoor pools, this place is every athlete’s dream for post-training recovery. And speaking of experiences — the food here is truly remarkable! We spent a week at the hotel, and every meal was different, creative, and incredibly delicious. The presentation was so refined that even high-end restaurants would be proud. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Every detail — from the professional service and perfect location to the spa and cuisine — made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend Romantik Hotel Santer, and if we get the chance, we’ll definitely stay here again! ✨⛷️🏔️
