It's always a wonderful experience at the Freundalm. We can never get enough of the view or the delicious food prepared by Ingrid and René! Life without the Freundalm is possible, but absolutely pointless! 😍👍🏻

Great cabin, delicious food and friendly service

As promised, we were back again this year. This time the weather was phenomenal. You could enjoy the view in a t-shirt. We also wanted to try the other culinary offerings. We had the "Hüttenpfandl" (a type of mixed grill) and the "Hirtenmaccaroni" (a type of shepherd's macaroni). Both were delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed the sunshine with a good red wine. And of course, we couldn't miss the fabulous apple strudel for dessert. It was another wonderful stay at the Freundalm, and we'd love to come back again next year, or even sooner.
