The atmosphere is warm and authentic, although it's important to be aware of the steep stairs and potential architectural barriers for those with limited mobility. The menu features the great classics of South Tyrolean tradition, crafted with remarkable technical expertise. Special mention goes to the inclusion of some rarer and more refined specialties: I personally greatly appreciated the "Lauwarmer Kalbskopf mit Zwiebelringen" (warm veal head with onion rings), a balanced and well-executed dish. 🍽️ In an area characterized by fierce competition and a widespread "zero kilometer" philosophy, this restaurant's cuisine stands out for its solidity and precision, doing its job impeccably, yet without overdoing it. The wine list focuses on traditional offerings from local producers: a remarkable and consistent selection, albeit without any particular peaks of excellence. 🍷 The service was quick, courteous, and well-organized, capable of optimally managing the high volume of customers. The table settings are classic and informal, while the final bill was absolutely reasonable for the quality offered. 18/03/2026: Very kind and attentive staff, excellent food with local specialties, an excellent restaurant after an afternoon at the spa, returned this year and surprised by the new management even better than the previous one, super food, friendly and helpful owner, we will definitely be back next year.

16/03/2026: This year, new management has breathed new life into this restaurant's cuisine. We've been coming here for three years, and we've always had a great experience. But since this year, the quality and deliciousness of the dishes have truly improved. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and makes you feel welcome. The restaurant has remained unchanged, but it's still clean and tidy, and the prices are in line with the excellent quality of the dishes. We'll definitely be back.

15/05/2026: We stayed with you for two nights...it's a shame we can only give five stars. Our room alone was more like a five-star hotel in terms of size and amenities. The breakfast buffet and service were also excellent. Underground parking and other parking options are available. In the basement, there's a sauna, steam room, infrared cabin, and relaxation room. 30/06/2026: A vast menu, including dishes and pizza, you walk past and say to yourself, "I'll go there someday." Then, when the day arrives...you regret not having been there sooner. Excellent drinks. But he, the owner, is the center of everything. Accustomed to seeing everyone pass by (the restaurant is on Brunico's main street), he knows everyone and treats everyone with a genuine and special kindness. Not to be missed.
