One of the most professional and friendly services I've ever experienced. The family is incredibly sweet and incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!

08/04/2026: The food and their own wine were excellent. The service was very friendly, competent, and welcoming. The portions were generous, and the prices more than reasonable. It was also nice that, in addition to the regular menu, there were two daily specials. We weren't there for the first time, and certainly not the last :)
06/04/2026: Oh my, what a meal! The effort of the high-altitude hike was well worth the wonderful cuisine. Come here without hesitation. It's absolutely worth it. Well done everyone!

Very clean, lovely hotel.
The location is good.
Direct access to bus and train.
Breakfast was great, the food was excellent and plentiful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

25/09/2025: Often, it's not what you consume that makes the difference, but the encounters you have with the people. Passing by, stopping briefly for a coffee, I was fortunate to find a quiet moment. The peace I felt was rejuvenating. The prices were similar to those found in Alto Adige. A glass of water and a delicious lemon candy to enjoy afterwards... The girls were wonderful, kind, smiling, and friendly. Saved to my favorites, on a future trip, I would definitely stop by again, and I would even recommend it.

22/08/2025: We stopped for a break in this beautiful setting, and also decided to have lunch. Excellent dumplings, homemade to order, friendly service, and a mouth-watering moka pot of coffee!

03/11/2025: We certainly weren't expecting such a modern café here. The atmosphere is very nice and pleasant, and there's also outdoor seating. The coffee was really good, and of course we took the opportunity to buy some treats, as they also sell oils, jams, and other products.

07/10/2025: Very good and delicious food, great views, very friendly hosts, a beautiful and cozy hut! And the Kaiserschmarrn is fantastic! About a 30-minute walk from the Alte Säge parking lot.
29/09/2025: A sunny outdoor spot. The food is simple but delicious. Reasonable prices. If the weather is good, a magnificent view. It's a 30-minute walk from the parking lot to the snack bar. Accessible with a stroller.

17/10/2025: Delicious fried noodles. We didn't expect anything special, but we got something delicious. We even had a delicious fresh dessert, and that didn't disappoint. The affogato was also great. The Ferdy was only a last resort because we needed to kill time and were hungry, but we were very satisfied, including with the friendliness of the service! 5 stars from us👍

24/01/2026: For anyone seeking nature, tranquility, and genuine South Tyrolean hospitality, the Zirmtal Alm is a true hidden gem.
After my last visit, which was rather late for the time of year and the weather was deteriorating, the lovely Max (the innkeeper) called my accommodation to check on my safe arrival.
I always love coming back!
20/10/2025: We arrived at the Alm in bad weather, but we were warmly welcomed... ..we got good soup 😉😊

14/09/2023: Wow! Ci siamo fermati in questa trattoria dopo la visita al Castel Juval, che dire, tutto buonissimo, qualità ottima e genuina e personale sorridente e super cordiale. Ci torneremo.
16/08/2023: Scendendo dopo la visita a Castel Juval abbiamo trovato questo posto fantastico. Cibo tradizionale di grande qualità, favoloso, in un ambiente rustico vero e non 'costruito' per il turista. Tavoli dentro e fuori dal maso. Personale molto simpatico e cordiale. Prezzo più che giusto. Da tornarci più e più volte

10/08/2025: Ristorante dell’albergo, aperto a pranzo con n bel menu di piatti locali e non. Ottimi i canederli al formaggio, superba la wienerschitzel (bistecca impanata alla milanese).
