03/06/2026: One of the tastiest places I've eaten, A clean and pleasant place and highly recommended. We ordered the chef's starter which included a variety of dishes on a wooden platter. Each one was more delicious than the other. Mainly Angus beef (fillet) and another dish that was a real feast of flavors. For dessert we ordered a special panna cotta

12/04/2026: In terms of price/performance ratio, this is a positively rated accommodation located in a convenient location with regard to the distance from attractive places (ski resorts in winter, tourist locations in summer). The quality level fully corresponds to the classification advertised by the operator as **. With only a very slight effort to add here and there, it would be possible to strive for a *** classification (but this would probably then be reflected in an increase in prices). I am rating the hotel based on a few days' stay during a holiday in February 2026. In general, I recommend a visit if you are looking for accommodation in this category. Main positives: + partially renovated historical building with regional atmosphere, which is given adequate care by the owners + friendly hosts + relative peace + comfortable bed + very clean, regular towel change (perhaps unnecessarily often), soap, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer available + strong WiFi + excellent breakfast using local products + ski / bike storage (available in the next building) + proximity to shops and services (the nearest shop is within walking distance in the village across the road and river approx. 5 min. walk, another within 15 min. by car in Bruneck) + bus stop right next to the building (free transport ticket throughout the region included in the stay) + good access to ski resorts (Kronplatz approx. 20 - 30 min., Alta Badia approx. 45 - 60 min.; Anterselva approx. 30 - 45 min.) Possible negatives: - limited possibility of temperature control in the room (generally it was rather colder in the room) - parking "across the street" in a reserved parking lot on the other side of the main road, about 50 - 100m from the hotel - limited room amenities (it's a shame that there is no kettle and tea/coffee making facilities), rather less light (stronger lighting would not be a bad thing) - a little noisier at some times (in the evening, when the bar closes and in the morning, when breakfast starts) - absence of waste sorting containers for guests

12/03/2026: Excellent value for money. Very spacious and clean room with a large terrace, parking available, and a great breakfast.

30/04/2026: We're spending a week hiking in Gais and have already eaten at the Gasthaus Zoller twice. The service is incredibly friendly, we didn't have to wait long for our food, and it was a delight both visually and gastronomically. And the value for money is more than remarkably good. good

05/04/2026: We had lunch with the family. The service was very friendly, the portions were large and very, very tasty.

28/05/2026: The food is amazing...the pizza has a very thin crust...very good! The appetizer was beautifully presented...very good! We'd love to come back again.

26/05/2026: I don't think €17.20 is okay for two half-raw apple strudels and two small juices.
