31/03/2024: Update 4/24: Unfortunately, I have noticed some decline in service quality over the last few months, particularly when it comes to table allocation. This often seems more complicated than necessary. Customer orientation feels like it has decreased. However, I would specifically like to praise the long-standing service staff, whose commitment and professionalism remain outstanding. Strengthening your work through improved processes could significantly improve the overall impression of your service. 4 years ago: Imaginative selection in the shop for every occasion, location with sophisticated architecture, restaurant modern and cozy, but it can be very loud in the main restaurant, staff very friendly, selection for breakfast etc. pleasantly unusual.

29/03/2024: The young lady who was assigned today, March 29, 2024 at 11:49 a.m., should perhaps look for a job that suits her better than dealing with guests. We arrived in South Tyrol today and wanted to eat and drink something when we arrived at the cult. We've actually always liked doing it, but from today on we'll probably stop doing it. Since the main area was quite busy, we were bold enough to sit down at one of the two high tables in the shop. We've sat there several times and there were 2 people at the second table so we didn't think anything of it. After 15 minutes there was still no one there so I went to get a map. The older lady of the two asked where we were sitting, I said so and she said OK. When the young waitress came after another 20 minutes, she couldn't think of anything other than to tell us that you weren't allowed to sit at the table at the moment. We pointed out the other two. She then said that was an exception. Aha, I thought, she didn't care that we had been in the store for 30 minutes and still didn't have anything to drink let alone eat. They weren't even asked. Since I have to work too hard for my money, I no longer saw the point of spending it in this shop and left the place without ordering anything. We were warmly welcomed at the blacksmith's in Schenna. They were also very happy about the €70 in sales plus a tip at lunchtime. Thank you cult!!!

02/04/2024: We've eaten pizza all over the world, especially in Italy...but this pizzeria is awesome! Great great pizza Great great staff Super great prices.... Everything is simply brilliant...I'm already looking forward to next time...

09/01/2024: Ottimo posto con splendida terrazza con vista su Merano. Buona la pizza e anche la carne alla griglia molto gustosa. Ho assaggiato anche la milanese e non era niente male. Fermatevi qua se siete a Marlengo, non ve ne pentirete. All'ingresso ci sono anche alcuni giochetti per i bimbi che fanno molto piacere a chi ha un pargoletto.

09/01/2024: I stayed on New Year's Eve 2023, I highly recommend it, I had a very, very good time, room no. 26 top, spectacular view, hospitality, rooms, food, excellent price, everything.👍

06/02/2024: Modern atmosphere with fast service. But there was a film of water on the pizza and therefore the dough was much too soft. It was commented that this was normal in the Rössl. Actually a no-go.

25/10/2023: Kindness is different! If you arrive dressed smartly, like a group in front of us, you will be greeted with knee-jerk reactions. If you come from hiking dressed normally, you won't be looked at. When we asked if there was a table available for 6 people, the waiter looked us up and down and said "if at all, then only inside" (most of the tables outside were still empty). Then he turned around and just left us standing there. By far the unfriendly waiter we had on our vacation. If you have a restaurant right on a hiking trail, you shouldn't pretend to be posh, that doesn't go down well at all. We have been guests there before, this time definitely the last time. There are plenty of other restaurants on the Waalweg where you can also receive a friendly welcome as a hiker.

07/04/2024: This is a perfect hotel apart from hygiene, food, especially seafood, and there is a beautiful staff Thank you very much 🥰🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎
