24/02/2026: Great experience! Delicious pizza with a light crust and fresh ingredients, and the pasta dishes are also truly excellent and well-prepared. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and fast service. Highly recommended!

10/02/2026: Beautiful setting on the edge of the village of Tirolo. The portions are generous, and the food is delicious. The spare ribs were superb. The Kaiserschmarrn was a perfect ending. For us, the most beautiful restaurant in Tirolo.

19/11/2025: Good service and delicious food. A reservation is recommended. In summer, you can sit on the lovely terrace and relax with a glass of wine or another drink. Inside, the decor is rustic and cozy.

30/10/2025: A charming refreshment point inside Salorno Castle, where you can have breakfast or lunch. The owners are kind and helpful, and you can also visit the remains of the castle for free. Recommended (we ate a delicious, generous slice of whole-wheat cake with homemade blueberry jam, and the coffee was just so-so). I forgot to mention that to reach the castle, you have to walk along a wide but steep path for about 20-30 meters, depending on your pace.

26/10/2025: Stunning medieval castle nestled on a rocky outcrop above the village of Salorno. The setting is beautiful, meticulously designed and one-of-a-kind. Excellent service and very friendly, welcoming staff were available to explain the menu in detail. We spent a delightful Sunday in a setting you don't experience every day. We can't wait to return for the Knights' Dinner!

06/01/2026: Lured by the excellent reviews, we went for lunch during the holidays. It cost almost €100 for two, including a main course and a shared appetizer. The quality was zero, the portions were the same, the meat was reheated, and there weren't even any gluten-free crackers or breadsticks, which were ridiculously expensive. We may have been unlucky, treated differently than other people, or simply the reviews aren't all accurate. What a shame.

15/03/2026: We spent our short but wonderful honeymoon here and felt very comfortable from the start. The hosts contributed greatly to this with their warm hospitality – thank you so much! Arriving by train is straightforward, and the location right in the center is perfect. Our room was a dream: spacious, simple, and very cozy. The harmonious interior design with wood, floors, and arches is consistent throughout the entire house and creates a particularly lovely atmosphere. Despite the central location, it's wonderfully quiet everywhere – ideal for unwinding. The small, elegant spa area invites you to relax. The breakfast is excellent, featuring many regional products and lovingly prepared dishes. The restaurant is also sensational – creative South Tyrolean cuisine with superb local ingredients. We will definitely be back! 😊

13/10/2025: A fantastic hotel with a beautiful view and location, and it's also worth the price. The ride up on the Rittenbahn cable car is fantastic in good weather.

16/03/2026: We had the pleasure of spending a week with you. The rooms are very comfortable and the spa is simply wonderful. The breakfast buffet is incredibly varied and delicious. We would have liked better coffee, and an afternoon snack would have been great. The location is superb. We felt very comfortable as a family. The playroom could be a bit more inviting. Thank you for the wonderful time at your hotel and the amazing memories we'll take home with us ❤️

15/03/2026: Our host Sophia and her family gave us a warm welcome; they were very friendly and extremely accommodating! The spa area, pool, and rooms were spotlessly clean and beautiful. The food was delicious and prepared with great care! Overall, our stay was a highlight and simply wonderful!

12/01/2026: After a somewhat brusque initial welcome, perhaps due to the particularly busy time, we were assigned a number to wait for a table. Despite the place being packed, we were seated quickly: just enough time for a small beer tasting at the bar. The menu was extensive, the food good, the beer excellent, the service fast and friendly. Special mention for the struedel: exquisite. Very welcoming and quaint atmosphere. Recommended.

27/10/2025: A family-run establishment where you immediately feel at home. Friendly staff. A varied, excellent cuisine, a well-stocked wine cellar with a knowledgeable sommelier. Leisure activities. All framed by a prime location.
