Magnificent climb and excellent toboggan run. The route to the cabin and the ascent to the cross is a must. Descent via the chapel and a short break to admire the Dolomites. A must-do hike!

The funicular takes you up Mount Resciesa for an easy and beautiful hike, both in summer and winter (the trail is easy, but ice can easily be encountered, so crampons are recommended). The view is splendid, including Sasso Lungo and Sasso Piatto, Sella, and more.

From Monte Resciesa (Alpe di Resciesa) in Val Gardena you can enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the Dolomites, with spectacular panoramas of the Sassolungo Group, the Sella, the Marmolada, the Odle, the Alpe di Siusi, the Val di Funes and the Valle Isarco, all the way to the Zillertal Alps, making it a privileged vantage point for admiring the UNESCO peaks and surrounding landscapes.

A spectacular sight; the landscape is beautiful, the combination of the Dolomites and the little houses with their wooden roofs and full of flowers is very beautiful.
