25/03/2026: This is a local stop really delicious. The bombardino, the tuna tartar, the pasta, is very local and very delicious. Love it, great for families is a gem hidden in the mountains a must go!

If you appreciate a light and airy crust, perfectly balanced toppings, and authentic flavor, this is the place for you. The restaurant itself might have a slightly vintage feel rather than a sleek, modern aesthetic, but that's precisely its charm and makes for a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere. Ultimately, what matters most is the food, and here it's truly outstanding. Add to that the friendly, attentive, and refreshingly quick service, and you'll feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It's this combination of excellent cuisine and uncomplicated, warm hospitality that makes all the difference. For me, this is a place I'll gladly return to whenever I'm craving truly great pizza. A definite recommendation for anyone who appreciates authentic Neapolitan pizza and excellent service.

01/03/2026: Very friendly staff, excellent local cuisine. Coming here was a great decision. A bonus is that it's the only restaurant open on Sundays in the area.

16/02/2026: We returned after about two years and couldn't help but appreciate once again the hospitality and the mastery in preparing the dishes created with passion by the whole family, especially thanks to Philip, who delighted us with his fantastic Speck. This time we even stayed for two nights and also appreciated the clean, new, and welcoming rooms. We were looking for a restaurant to have dinner for my birthday, and after searching online, my wife was drawn to this agriturismo. It was an excellent choice; as soon as we entered, we were greeted by friendly staff in a welcoming atmosphere. They produce everything themselves, and the dishes are exceptional, an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses with truly well-made Speck and Pancetta. The wine was also very good; we chose the house red, the full-bodied one. We're not big wine drinkers, but it was so good we bought 3 liters to take home. I'm very sensitive to sulfites in wine, which usually give me a headache the next day. This time, however, I woke up without a headache. Verena, who served us, was friendly and professional. We'll definitely be back.

If you are in the area, and you are craving something different or flavors from home (if you are hispanic) this cafe is a MUST stop... The food was truly perfect! I will absolutely go back on my next visit to Bolzano.

06/06/2026: This is a fantastic town, and the hotel is highly recommended. Located in the old town, the rooms are spacious, new, and well-equipped, offering excellent value for money! It boasts its own long-established, five-star restaurant; pairing local specialties with the town's renowned monastery white wine is simply divine. I recommend the northern specialty, Tyrolean Tris (meatballs), and the seasonal white asparagus soup, all served with the monastery's white wine. The pizzas are also famous, with a wide variety to choose from, and a glass of Gasslbräu Hell pale beer is absolutely perfect! Oh, and their breakfast is also very generous!
