13/05/2026: Highly recommended! A warm welcome, friendly and attentive service, delicious food, and very reasonable prices. We really enjoyed the atmosphere in the traditional farmhouse-style dining room. It was lively, but not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

18/03/2026: Very kind and attentive staff, excellent food with local specialties, an excellent restaurant after an afternoon at the spa, returned this year and surprised by the new management even better than the previous one, super food, friendly and helpful owner, we will definitely be back next year.

16/03/2026: This year, new management has breathed new life into this restaurant's cuisine. We've been coming here for three years, and we've always had a great experience. But since this year, the quality and deliciousness of the dishes have truly improved. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and makes you feel welcome. The restaurant has remained unchanged, but it's still clean and tidy, and the prices are in line with the excellent quality of the dishes. We'll definitely be back.

02/05/2026: One of the best restaurants I've ever been to! Everything is just perfect, from the service and food to the atmosphere and even the price. We had Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta), trout tartare, Wiener Schnitzel, and the chocolate mascarpone tart. The white wine from the hillside vineyard next door is also highly recommended! A huge compliment to all the waiters and chefs who work here!

02/05/2026: We come to Chiusa every now and then, but we'd never been here for dinner or lunch. The place is located at the beginning of the historic center, and there's also a paid parking lot nearby. The place is divided into the actual pub and the restaurant. The atmosphere is well-kept and quiet, and from what we saw, the dining room doesn't have many seats inside. There's also an outdoor area. Reservations are recommended, as it's popular. The dishes range from pasta to meat and cheese pizza. My children opted for pizza, and the adults opted for a BBQ hamburger with fries and chicken nuggets with fries. The hamburger was good, and the quality of the ingredients was good, too. The sandwich was good and filling. The nuggets were good, average. The pizzas, which I don't usually eat in these parts, were very good. Very good, medium-thick crust. Quality ingredients. I had their pizza, which I really liked, well-balanced and flavorful. My wife's pizza, too, with a chili pepper, was spectacular. To accompany everything, two medium Pilsners. Welcoming staff and very professional service. Quick...a pleasant dinner for me. See you next time 😀

30/10/2025: A charming refreshment point inside Salorno Castle, where you can have breakfast or lunch. The owners are kind and helpful, and you can also visit the remains of the castle for free. Recommended (we ate a delicious, generous slice of whole-wheat cake with homemade blueberry jam, and the coffee was just so-so). I forgot to mention that to reach the castle, you have to walk along a wide but steep path for about 20-30 meters, depending on your pace.

26/10/2025: Stunning medieval castle nestled on a rocky outcrop above the village of Salorno. The setting is beautiful, meticulously designed and one-of-a-kind. Excellent service and very friendly, welcoming staff were available to explain the menu in detail. We spent a delightful Sunday in a setting you don't experience every day. We can't wait to return for the Knights' Dinner!

08/04/2026: After trying the restaurant, we sat under the portico, comfortable, and well-served. We ordered a trio of caneserli with melted butter, delicious. Fast and accurate service. A little pricey with the bitters, but otherwise, it was standard for Trentino.

06/04/2026: We've eaten at Rössl Bianco several times, and each time it's been excellent! The beautifully renovated historic building exudes a real sense of coziness, and you immediately feel at ease. In the summer, the seating in the courtyard is also lovely. The service is outstanding, and so is the food. We'll definitely be back!

01/06/2026: Simply wonderful; we were there with two children. The homemade food was fantastic (pasta and quark dumplings), you could taste the difference. A truly lovely hostess!

28/05/2026: It was rather a disappointment for us. Beef goulash with bacon dumplings. The meat was tough and the bacon dumplings tasteless. The outdoor furniture was quite old. The view is very nice. The service was so-so... although we were very thirsty and would have gladly spent money there. The prices were simply touristy and too expensive for what we were served.

15/05/2026: Delicious pork knuckle, spicy horseradish, good beer, friendly staff! Only the prices were a tad too high for our taste. Otherwise, great!

09/05/2026: We've been coming here for many years for the incredibly good chicken and pork knuckles. Unfortunately, we've been very disappointed the last two years. Dry and soggy skin. What a shame. That's it, then. I've heard the same from other people.

04/01/2026: A very beautiful and well-maintained campsite. The pitches offer lovely views, and the comfort pitches are large enough for a caravan with an awning and a car. The sanitary facilities are always very clean (the campsite can't be held responsible for unclean campers). The sauna and infrared cabin can be booked by the hour. Unfortunately, we only visited the restaurant on our last day, so we couldn't enjoy the extremely delicious food more often. The value for money is also very good. We will definitely come back to Camping Antholz.

16/03/2026: We had the pleasure of spending a week with you. The rooms are very comfortable and the spa is simply wonderful. The breakfast buffet is incredibly varied and delicious. We would have liked better coffee, and an afternoon snack would have been great. The location is superb. We felt very comfortable as a family. The playroom could be a bit more inviting. Thank you for the wonderful time at your hotel and the amazing memories we'll take home with us ❤️
