14/08/2025: An insider tip. Unassuming from the outside, but with a very pleasant ambiance inside, a large covered terrace, all the staff friendly and quick, the food very tasty, and good value for money. Reservations seem advisable.

09/08/2025: Excellent pizza, light and well-leavened dough. Fresh and tasty ingredients, perfectly cooked in the oven. The desserts are also excellent. Friendly and fast service, welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value, I'll definitely be back!

10/08/2025: Dear Bar Sparer Team, I recently visited your restaurant with friends, and we generally enjoyed the visit – we were particularly impressed by the friendly service of one of the waiters. Unfortunately, however, we witnessed another employee shout loudly and disrespectfully at this waiter simply because he had accidentally opened the wrong box. This situation was very unpleasant for us as guests to witness – especially since the waiter in question was truly attentive, polite, and dedicated. I sincerely hope that such situations can be better resolved internally in the future, without them taking place in front of the guests. Because good employees deserve support rather than public criticism.

01/08/2025: We were there around 10:00, and only a few tables were occupied. We sat down at a free table. Then the waitress came over and pointedly pointed out to us that only hotel guests were allowed to sit there. "Other side," whatever that meant. We left. Apparently, we weren't welcome. We had breakfast at a different location. With a €10 entrance fee/for the lakeside pool, it's not a recommended place anyway.

11/08/2025: A very cool, beautiful restaurant with its own style. We were surprised by exceptionally good food 🥘, everything fresh and regional... fine cuisine, the presentation a feast for the eyes, and there was great wine 🍷 and beer 🍺 on tap. Christian is a cool guy and an excellent host; despite the hustle and bustle, he took time for a chat with his guests. His son is an excellent cook 💯, who spoiled our palates a few times. 21/08/2025: Welcoming, clean, and attentive to detail. Very good food. Prices are a little high for my taste, but I think they're still average for the place. A small tip: serve the bread at the table.

23/08/2025: The hotel is beautiful, with well-furnished, new rooms, all in wood, and above all, spotlessly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as were the pillows and sheets, which were soft and clean. Breakfast was always spectacular; every morning we ate deliciously, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The bathroom had a huge, new, and truly beautiful shower. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean. The location is convenient, close to the highway and a 10-minute walk from the center, accessible via an underpass and then a very pleasant pedestrian path along the river. The cleaning ladies were always kind and extremely efficient; cleanliness is the hotel's strong point, in my opinion. It has a very convenient underground garage and bicycle storage. The hotel is located along a main road, next to a gas station. There's quite a bit of traffic, and since our room didn't have air conditioning (a basic room), we slept with the windows open, and overall, we slept well most of the time, noise permitting. I recommend asking when booking if you'd like air conditioning, because I hadn't thought of that! The bike rental service only includes classic bikes; for e-bikes, the hotel will put you in touch with an external rental company (a very kind and helpful gentleman). Kudos to the owner, who was incredibly kind every morning!

19/08/2025: We stopped by for pizza on Saturday evening; the service was very pleasant and friendly! The pizza was delicious and the price/performance ratio was excellent.

09/06/2025: Two of us went to Forrsterbräu this evening. Great wine and beer selection. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was very friendly and quick. We felt very comfortable, had delicious drinks, great food, and were able to order anything at any time because the service was very prompt and attentive. We highly recommend the restaurant. Thank you for a lovely evening!

25/08/2025: i ate at this restaurant 2 time and i can only recommend it. Food: excellent location: excellent only 2 mins far from Ortisei center Staff: polite - appreciated it was not a problem i was alone a must go if you are in Ortisei Grazie for these two amazing lunches!

24/08/2025: Superlative dinner, top-quality ingredients, and dishes that transport you to another dimension. I've never tasted such delicious speck. The first and second courses were also excellent, and the tiramisu was top-notch. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I hope to return soon!

01/09/2025: We stopped in here spontaneously one evening, and it seems to have always been very busy, as we discovered the following evenings. We often had to wait outside the restaurant, but rightly so! Super friendly service and a fantastic meal with more than fair value for money! The pizza was great, the drinks were fantastic, what more could you want? Highly recommended for a good pizza.

14/08/2025: Great restaurant and great food. We had a pleasant time here on our second-to-last evening. The service was excellent; two tables were promptly arranged for us. The food didn't take long, and the menu is extensive, with pizza and pasta. Everything was delicious, and we were full at reasonable prices. We highly recommend this place! 31/07/2025: 2 menu a disposizione, uno più tradizionale e uno più "innovativo", tra i quali spostarsi avendo l'assoluta certezza che si andrà, comunque sia, ad assaporare una cucina di estrema qualità e ricerca negli ingredienti e nella preparazione. Ogni volta tornare è un piacere, per il cibo, per il servizio e per l'ambiente. Impossibile non suggerirlo.
