Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria Al Cervo - Gasthof Zum Hirschen In Magrè sulla strada del vino

We went to Zum Hirschen in Magrè and had a really good time. The waiters are super friendly, always helpful without ever being intrusive. We loved the pizza, it was well-made and really good, especially the deer pizza, definitely my favorite, which is definitely much better with their garlic mayonnaise. What struck us most, however, was the owner's kindness: when we left, my wife and I were surprised because he gave us water for the journey home. A simple gesture, but one that shouldn't be taken for granted. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a few days' vacation or relaxation in a quaint village in South Tyrol.

It feels like...home! Like feeling at home, even when you're far from home. I discovered this hotel and restaurant last year and didn't think I'd find so many similarities in one place. The location 🔝, the rooms (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐), but above all the people 👥... like Paolo: a true host, omnipresent, who calls you by name and never lets you go without anything. The restaurant's success and the quality of its service are its trademark. The Chef: who always knows what to do to make dinner or breakfast a unique experience. And then Luca: the host, full of jokes and advice, and who knows how to accommodate any request. In short: if you want to feel like a guest, there are other hotels in the area. If you want to feel at home, there's only one place: Il Cervo a Magré. 5 stars +!!

We dined there on the evening of December 31, 2025, and it was a wonderful discovery: a menu bursting with delicate and refined flavors, a superb selection of local wines, all served by a warm and enthusiastic team! A magnificent memory for us Normans passing through...

The number one place to stay in South Tyrol. Amazing pizza. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always available. The rooms are perfect, always clean and tidy. Breakfast is delicious! Definitely worth returning.
