03/10/2025: A lovely alpine hut to stop for a break after a hike. A large selection of food and drinks, but nothing exceptional. The price/performance ratio is decent. It's a shame when local guests (or the owner?) park their pickup trucks right in front of the terrace, blocking the view, even though there's plenty of parking space about 30 meters away.

20/09/2025: An excellent setting for combining the Latemar mountain range with South Tyrolean cuisine. Not to be missed.

12/10/2025: During our vacation in St. Pauls, we ate here four times. And that means we really enjoyed our meal. The pizza was always delicious, and Diddy, the owner, was very welcoming. He always had a table for us. It's advisable to make a reservation, as it's very popular. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

27/09/2025: We didn't make a reservation and were able to get a table outside because it was just after 5:00 p.m. There were plenty of free tables inside and outside. By 5:45 p.m., all tables were occupied or reserved. The waitress brought the menu, and we were able to choose at our leisure. They offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, spirits, soups, appetizers, salads, main courses, and dessert. We chose the drinks, which were served quickly and cold. The food was also brought promptly. The pizza was delicious, the size was good, and the value for money was good. The ambiance is appropriate; unfortunately, there's only one server, so everything took a while after 5:45 p.m. The service is friendly, and the place is clean and tidy. There are no parking spaces. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

27/11/2025: Very friendly service, big kudos to the junior manager! Good seating, both inside and out. There's also a playground for children outside. You never have to wait long, and the food is always delicious! Only one point deducted because I suspect the fries aren't always freshly made. They're often very hard, quite dark, and greasy; it seems to me as if they're pre-fried and then quickly put back in the fryer to reheat them when ordered.

19/11/2025: Good service and delicious food. A reservation is recommended. In summer, you can sit on the lovely terrace and relax with a glass of wine or another drink. Inside, the decor is rustic and cozy.

28/09/2025: A truly lovingly decorated alpine hut with extremely friendly staff. The Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes) was incredibly delicious.

25/10/2025: We came here on the recommendation of our vacation apartment landlady and were not disappointed. The food was truly excellent and the service incredibly friendly. We had our dog with us, and he was also warmly welcomed. If you order the cheaper menu, the portions are a bit smaller, so you might want to eat everything. In the evening, we parked directly below the restaurant, which, according to the landlady, is fine in the evening. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

10/08/2025: Dear Bar Sparer Team, I recently visited your restaurant with friends, and we generally enjoyed the visit – we were particularly impressed by the friendly service of one of the waiters. Unfortunately, however, we witnessed another employee shout loudly and disrespectfully at this waiter simply because he had accidentally opened the wrong box. This situation was very unpleasant for us as guests to witness – especially since the waiter in question was truly attentive, polite, and dedicated. I sincerely hope that such situations can be better resolved internally in the future, without them taking place in front of the guests. Because good employees deserve support rather than public criticism.

01/08/2025: We were there around 10:00, and only a few tables were occupied. We sat down at a free table. Then the waitress came over and pointedly pointed out to us that only hotel guests were allowed to sit there. "Other side," whatever that meant. We left. Apparently, we weren't welcome. We had breakfast at a different location. With a €10 entrance fee/for the lakeside pool, it's not a recommended place anyway.

20/10/2025: We went to Tschafon for pizza today. I'd like to thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. It's a pizzeria just like I imagine in Italy – rustic and warm. The pizza and dessert were all delicious. We can recommend it without reservation.

18/10/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. You should definitely make a reservation; we were lucky and were able to get a table before the rush. We had pizza and pasta – it was delicious, the best pizza we'd had on our entire vacation. Friendly service, great team!

18/11/2025: I've been here twice: once for Törggelen, and once on a Sunday for lunch. The first time, there was a huge mix-up with the orders. Perhaps the guy taking them didn't understand, but in the end, after a round of incorrect dishes, we ate what we'd ordered. Unfortunately, due to this mix-up, one person ate a very small portion of mezzelune (about 5) because they'd brought us the menu portion, even though she'd only ordered that, and therefore the regular portion. The second time for lunch, everything went very well; there was even less confusion in the place, which I think had an impact on the first time. However, when paying, they'd added items we hadn't ordered, but the lady was kind enough to let us check before we paid. The location deserves five stars, as does the food. Perhaps the service could be improved slightly when the restaurant is busy, and the prices are a bit above average, but not by much. Anyway, I'd go back ;)

11/11/2025: We went there three times that year. Each time it was wonderful. The view is fantastic. The food was delicious, especially the chestnut tiramisu at the end. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. We'd love to come back again.

13/10/2025: A fantastic hotel with a beautiful view and location, and it's also worth the price. The ride up on the Rittenbahn cable car is fantastic in good weather.
