They even drove us to our hotel in Eppan at 10 p.m. They drove 6 people twice. A big THANK YOU

19/02/2026: I have had coffee and morning tea twice here in the last 12 months. I love the friendly atmosphere and great service. The location is excellent for cross country skiers. I'll be back in January 2024. And I did come back in 2024 and 2026. And still great value and the service is outstanding and staff make a real effort in greeting guests and providing excellent service.

08/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Rössl Bianco B&B in Merano. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and charmingly furnished. We especially enjoyed the generous breakfast with fresh, regional products – a perfect start to the day.
The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful; you immediately feel welcome. The location is also ideal for exploring Merano and the surrounding area.
We would love to come back and highly recommend this B&B! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
07/02/2026: A wonderful experience. The location is very elegant, set in a beautiful period building. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and quick, with truly pleasant and polite manners. A lovely place to return to and highly recommend. Highly recommended.

23/03/2026: We were very disappointed with the asparagus dish we ordered. The asparagus wasn't as expected – firm to the bite – but rather very hard and almost raw. This was a clear indication of poor preparation, as asparagus should ideally be served tender with a slight bite. The Bolzano sauce and the potatoes were also bland and lacked flavor. Only the ham added a touch of taste and partially salvaged the dish. Overall, however, the meal fell far short of our expectations.
22/03/2026: We spontaneously stopped at this place during our hike along the Waalweg trail. The whole place is simply wonderful, modernly furnished, and the terrace is beautiful with a fantastic view. The service was attentive and friendly; we only had a snack platter, which was excellent. We would have loved to have a proper meal, but unfortunately, we didn't have time. Highly recommended!

02/03/2026: The pizza was very good. It has a special dough. It has a thicker crust and is therefore not as big. The waitress was very friendly!
15/02/2026: Wow, the wine, pizza, and pasta were all really delicious. I ordered the first wine, and it was refreshing and light, which was nice.
Julia's pizza was the best, but the vegetable pizza was a bit much (not my style).
The pasta was aglio olio.
You really have to try the tiramisu and pudding. Seriously, it was a slap in the face to everything I've ever had.
Anyway, I recommend it.

06/01/2026: An authentic, family-run refuge with a stunning view of the valley. Delicious food, a warm stube, and artisanal liqueurs to finish. Excellent, definitely worth a visit and a lunch break.
04/01/2026: Excellent inn after a short hike from the cable car. They have a lot of homemade food, and it tastes absolutely delicious!
Plus, the service is incredibly friendly!

12/11/2025: What a view! And what a Kaiserschmarrn! For me, the best in the world. A true culinary delight.
The host family is incredibly friendly, and Mrs. Zmailer has received numerous awards for her creations, especially those using local herbs, such as her nettle soup and dumplings. It sounds unusual, but it tastes unusually good too! 👍 👍 👍
And if, for whatever reason, you don't want to eat here, you should at least try one of the excellent spritzers made with local berries—they're fantastic! Sitting at Zmailer's, enjoying the view, gazing into the distance at the surrounding mountain peaks of the Merano Basin, the Val Venosta, and the Val Passiria, and simply letting things be... that's all you need to be completely happy! 😀😃🙂

25/02/2026: Fantastic mountain hut! We were there for five days of skiing and stopped at this hut every single day. Great selection of food at fair prices, and they even had fresh oysters on offer!!
The Kaiserschmarrn and Germknödel were amazing, and everything was absolutely delicious!
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive!! They even served drinks on the benches by the ski slope with a fantastic view!
I'm already looking forward to next year 😊
24/02/2026: This place has some of the most jovial and accommodating staff I've ever seen in a busy ski slope restaurant. Really makes you feel on vacation. We came back twice because we were so well treated. The food was also well prepared and the sizes very generous. The coffee here was the best I had this vacation (they also have caffé ginseng). Limited vegetarian options. Clean bathrooms.
