Located on the outskirts of Eppan, right off the main road. This is both an advantage and a disadvantage. The food is very, very good. The service is friendly. You can sit inside, in the conservatory, or outside. Cyclists are welcome. Definitely worth a visit.

A truly wonderful restaurant, the food is excellent, everything is simply delicious! We have been coming back to the Pfeffermühle for years and always enjoy it.

Passing there because the autostrada was full. Our luck! The menu did not have the exact plate that I preferred. So the waitress combined ingredients from 3 plates to create my lunch. Excellent.

Great pizza (I had the burrata pizza), excellent value for money. Relaxed atmosphere. The waiter was also very friendly and attentive. I'd gladly come again.

27/07/2026: Real rating 4.8. One of the best and most accessible refuges in Val Badia. Located in an area accessible by cable car, it's ideal for families. It's also accessible by good trails (I use 13/7A, the one from Castalda). Excellent food: this time we had mountain pine ravioli, goulash with dumplings, and mountain pine panna cotta. Everything tasted exceptional, with generous portions. Prices are average, but they're compensated, as I said, by the portions, which are actually filling with just one course. The service is fast and there's great customer service. There are plenty of seating inside and outside, but this is one of the most popular places. A must-see if you're in the area.

04/07/2026: Highly recommended place if you're hungry and looking for place to camp. You can use their camping place after eating in restaurant.
