30/01/2025: I have a business and I only get my bread, made with sourdough, here. When I can't get supplies on Saturdays because I arrive late, my customers immediately tell me: this isn't the bread from last time; it's good but....: I only take the bread and that for me is 5 out of 5 stars. I give five stars to the service because Manuela's kindness is always constant, in an increasingly fast-paced Milan, a smile is becoming a rare commodity. I give 5 stars out of 5 to the environment because it won't be the classic cool pancaffé but I know that if a 6-year-old child comes in with money for focaccia or a ninety-year-old grandmother, Manuela, rather than making a mistake about the rest or being clever, would cut off her hand ; this is also a rare thing in a Milan that must increasingly invoice, push, impose....
