07/09/2025: We came here on vacation for a few days, and we had a great time! The staff was very kind and helpful! A special mention goes to Lorenza, who pampered us during our stay and fulfilled our every request. The place is truly relaxing and quiet, surrounded by greenery, just steps from the sea and towns like Ortona and Vasto. The breakfast is delicious, with both sweet and savory options. The company of the dog and kittens made this experience even more enjoyable. :)

07/11/2025: The last time I was there was 30 years ago, then I forgot about it and was convinced it had closed... Instead, it's more open and vibrant than ever. The food is just as good as it was then... From the appetizers to the first courses, to the meat, everything is delicious, well-cooked, and high-quality. The dishes are generous, and if you choose the set menu, it's only 30 euros. Service is quick, and the waiters are very kind and open to changes. It's a shame it's closed on Saturday lunchtime, and on Sundays it's always packed; otherwise, we'd go more often.

04/11/2025: We had lunch at the Vecchia Osteria, run by Emilians who have lived in Cavalese for years. They offer both Trentino and Emilian specialties. The Tuscan bruschetta is excellent, as is the Storo polenta with mushrooms and melted cheese.

21/09/2025: Besides being a beautiful wedding venue run by organized and knowledgeable staff, I can tell you that I was amazed by their expertise in vegan cuisine. I ate handmade tortelli, a fantastic risotto, and delicious vegetables. I wasn't expecting it, but they also brought me one of the best vegan desserts I've ever eaten😍 I recommend it as a venue if you have vegan guests or even if you're a vegan bride and groom, because it's rare to find such a welcome💚🌱

29/10/2025: The quality of the food undoubtedly deserves recognition: the tataki were excellent, as were two of the three desserts; the other courses, while good, were not unforgettable. The real sticking point lies in the setting: an overly informal atmosphere, perhaps intended to create a relaxed atmosphere, sometimes translates into a chaotic and annoying environment. The staff's constant encouragement to "relax" and not worry, combined with the behavior of some diners, made the experience less pleasant, particularly at the counter, where the proximity to loud conversations or dramatic gestures is difficult to ignore. The service's focus on ensuring a free and uninhibited experience should be accompanied by equal care in preserving tranquility and respect for the setting, so as to truly allow guests to enjoy their dinner in peace.

16/11/2025: Excellent food, but the staff is unprofessional and uninformed. The mixed grill was truly lacking in both quantity and quality. The prices were exorbitant, with a cover charge of €4.50. We won't be returning.

08/06/2025: I had the best pistachio croissant ever here! It was so good, so fresh and simply delicious! I’ve had many pistachio croissants, but this was the best one! I tried it fresh from the oven, it was so warm and so delicious. Also the coffee here is great too! I recommend!

07/06/2025: The cappuccino was wonderfully creamy, and the pistachio croissants were absolutely delicious! No wonder I went there several times for breakfast—and eventually even bought some coffee beans to take home.

06/10/2025: A restaurant I absolutely recommend. We ate there as a group of 9 on a Friday evening without a reservation. The food was top-notch, very good (the fried fish was excellent), and the service was excellent, polite, and fast. The price was also very reasonable.

06/10/2025: Restaurant in an excellent location facing the beach, discreet atmosphere, friendly staff, quick service, even though the place was busy, we didn't have a long wait. My partner had the seafood spaghetti and skewers, which were excellent. I had the fried calamari, crispy vegetables, and French fries, which were good. The only flaw was the salt, which was so overwhelming that I couldn't finish my meal! But overall, it's good, and worth a visit.

24/10/2025: This was our second visit to Enoteca e Wine Bar Casa Porciatti and we walked away very satisfied. It has a cool cave like entry and serves very good food as well as wine. They have an excellent choice of local wines as well as wines from other parts of Italy (Montalcino, Piemonte etc). I am bargain shopper and his prices are very good and he offers international shipping. Riccardo helped us on both visit. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job of matching the wines with your particular palate. We always make it a point to drop by and have lunch or a wine flight if we are in Tuscany.

05/10/2025: Passing by, I ate at this culinary wonder. The dishes were truly meticulously prepared, including a special Val d'Ossola cured meats appetizer with two truly exceptional cheeses, delicious polenta concia, and a veal round with tuna sauce and delicious capers—truly superb. The house Val d'Ossola wine was also excellent, and to finish, the Catalan cream with figs and a truly special hazelnut and zabaglione cake! I'll conclude by saying that kindness is a must! 10 out of 10! Stefano. Eleonora.

03/09/2025: We dined at Ristorante Flizzi di Staffa in Macugnaga and it was a memorable experience. Kudos to the chef for his excellent dishes made with the highest-quality ingredients, to the waitress for her attentiveness and professionalism, and to the owner, a great wine connoisseur, who welcomed us warmly and spent time with us after dinner. Impeccable service, a refined atmosphere, and unforgettable dishes. It's a shame we only discovered it on the last day of our vacation: we would have loved to try the entire menu!
