08/11/2025: The wild boar stewed in bujone sauce and the roast rabbit roll were excellent, but the fettucine and pumpkin ravioli with porcini mushrooms also stood out. The side dishes (beans all'uccelletto) were also excellent, and among the homemade desserts, the ricotta and pear tart. Service was prompt and the bill was average.

As soon as you enter, you're immediately captivated by the truly unique decor: a charming mix of period pieces, vintage objects, and details reminiscent of the 1970s (and even earlier!). It's impossible not to be intrigued and spend a few minutes admiring every little detail: it almost feels like a journey back in time. The cuisine doesn't disappoint either. The dishes are carefully crafted, original, and prepared with often unusual ingredients, but always paired with taste and balance. Each course tells a story and showcases the passion of those who cook. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and always smiling: you immediately sense a familiar and welcoming atmosphere that puts you at ease. A warm, pleasant, and characterful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed dinner or an evening out of the ordinary. Highly recommended for those who love discovering authentic places, where good food is accompanied by a unique sensory and visual experience.

The pasta was just perfect: rich sauce and great texture! I also calculated the calories of this dish using the service shown in the photo — it turned out to be super easy and convenient. I totally recommend trying it out, it really helps to keep track of what you eat. Great place and a great experience overall!

28/10/2025: A unique mountain hut on the southern descent of the Colle Valcavera. It's more of a mountain biker hotspot, but we enduro riders were also warmly welcomed. Tip: The tables for two by the fence post offer a stunning view of the valley. Delicious!

28/09/2025: Located in the Arma Valley, above Demonte, it can be reached by car, but especially by bike and motorbike. The surrounding landscape is magnificent and wild. The cuisine is excellent, carefully prepared and homemade, with vegetarian options. The owner and staff are kind and cheerful. We didn't use the rooms, so I can't comment. In the summer, there's a star box just outside the refuge, allowing you to sleep while fully enjoying the starry night sky.
