A corner of Japan in Sicily! On our way back from the Aeolian Islands, my wife and I decided to take advantage of the opportunity, and it was the perfect way to end our vacation. The restaurant is located about 20 minutes from the port of Milazzo, so it's definitely worth the extra drive before heading home. Without a doubt, the best sushi experience in Sicily. The food and service are a cut above all other restaurants. And we've tried so many! The location is truly beautiful and elegant. Yes, even the setting is superior to many renowned restaurants in big cities. We were greeted with a truly delicious amuse-bouche. The menu is varied, but not overly so, because when the ingredients are top-quality, you don't need to prepare elaborate uramaki and cover them in various sauces. I've never found a place that offers dishes made with different cuts of tuna. A wonderful dinner; the restaurant creates an intimate atmosphere that enhances the experience. The sushi is simply perfect. The photos speak for themselves. For those who truly love sushi, you can't miss Sushilab! Congratulations!!

An omakase experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. Master Abiko works in an almost ritualistic silence: maximum concentration and refined technique, expressions of genuine passion. Each course demonstrates respect for the raw ingredients, with exceptionally high-quality, ultra-fresh fish showcased in every course. Impeccable service, thanks to sake sommelier Domenico and his expertise, who guided us every step of the way in a pleasant yet passionate manner. A special evening that will remain in our hearts!

Perfect dinner: "PRAISE"! First praise goes to the service, they are very attentive and above all they make you feel pampered, thanks especially to Domenico, who perfectly understood our tastes, recommending good wine and fabulous dishes. Another praise goes to the location, which is wonderful inside, but we had the pleasure of eating in the garden, a real gem, with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere. To conclude, I have to give SUPER PRAISE to the food. There's nothing else to say except that everything was a true delight for the palate. The fish was delicious, from the raw (which was truly unique) to the cooked, and for me it's a 10+++. Congratulations on everything!

We had dinner here, and to say we were thrilled is an understatement. The omakase experience was incredible: the chef is a true phenomenon, every course was a masterpiece, and everything was incredibly delicious, from start to finish. A special mention goes to Domenico, who served us throughout the evening: brilliant, super professional, attentive to every detail, and incredibly friendly. He made us feel pampered from start to finish. There wasn't a single bad note, truly 5 stars overall. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

Tonight we tried a sushi restaurant recommended by some friends... and what can I say: everything was impeccable! 🍣 From the quality of the fish, incredibly fresh, to the courtesy and attentiveness of the staff, to the master chef (originally Japanese!) who prepared true masterpieces before our eyes. A perfect experience in every way... in fact, even better than we expected!

The elegant setting, meticulously maintained, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine is truly excellent, with delicious and beautifully presented dishes, but the real added value is the staff: professional, attentive, and able to offer discreet advice, making you feel pampered without ever being intrusive.
