A Michelin-starred restaurant without being pretentious; you immediately feel at ease. Every course was excellent. The service was extremely attentive. This certainly won't be my last visit.

We had our first visit for lunch, but definitely not the last! The service was very warm, sincere and accommodating to our requests (a family of 4). The food was very fine and exceptional. We were impressed by how soft the goat meat was prepared. We took a glass of pinot noir from St Michael-Eppen, recommended by them. Loved it so much, that we decided to go to the wine-shop and get a few bottles the next day. Hope to be here again one day! 😊

A mountain retreat, a haute cuisine restaurant rooted in the local area, taking your taste buds and your thoughts on a journey. A place to which it's a pleasure to return (as, for example, Jannik Sinner does when he's in his beloved Sesto Pusteria): to rediscover flavors rich in balance and creativity, always handled with delicacy (even when dealing with game or potentially strong flavors), and to rediscover the pleasure of dining at a table reminiscent of a cabin in the woods, a small island of peace and flavor.

Truffle tagliatelle were very tasty, albait not taking strong stance on any bold flavor. The tartare was well presented and prepared, without any special touch but a fine classic. Excellent Venison then, cooked to perfection. Eventually the pastry master delivered fantastic miniatures. Service was perfect and the location is a dream, though do pack some thicker layers if you go there in winter. Overall an extremely good price to quality ratio.

20/05/2026: This hotel is absolutely amazing! In my opinion, it needs at least six stars to better reflect its superiority over other hotels. We had to wait a long time to finally book a holiday there; demand is high, and now we understand why! It couldn't be better, in our opinion. Everything about it is top-notch. The friendliness of everyone at the hotel—staff, family, and guests—is incredible; everyone seems happy and genuinely enjoying their stay. You immediately feel comfortable and well cared for. The ambiance, the decor, the food, and everything else are absolutely first-class and worth every penny. We will be back as soon as possible to experience a few days of pure bliss!
14/05/2026: This was my second visit. As expected, it was simply wonderful from beginning to end. We were particularly impressed by the warmth of the entire team. Service is truly a way of life here. Simply superb.
