We've eaten here twice now, and it's been delicious both times – we especially loved the pizzas, they're so generously topped! ☺️ Reservations are definitely recommended, as the restaurant is very popular. A real plus for families: there's a small children's playground outside! 🛝 We'll definitely be back! 🍕😊

28/06/2026: We stopped by on a gravel tour. We spontaneously ordered the "Three Peaks with Cabbage" dumplings. Perfect, I highly recommend them. Check the opening hours and/or make a reservation. Highly recommended!!
24/06/2026: Excellent place, a little gem with a lake. Excellent local food with impeccable service. It will always be a culinary stop on our next trips from Bologna to Trentino.

09/05/2026: Badl im Mitterhofer – the "Schlechte Sepp" – is a true hidden gem in Merano and definitely worth a visit. It's a beautiful beer garden with a truly cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself. The food was outstanding – delicious home-style cooking, as well as fantastic seasonal dishes featuring fish, asparagus, and other fresh specialties. Everything was incredibly flavorful and prepared with great care. It's exactly the kind of cuisine where you can tell that quality and enjoyment are paramount. Add to that the very pleasant service and an ambiance that makes you want to linger. Anyone visiting Merano should absolutely make it here!
