This hotel is absolutely amazing! In my opinion, it needs at least six stars to better reflect its superiority over other hotels. We had to wait a long time to finally book a holiday there; demand is high, and now we understand why! It couldn't be better, in our opinion. Everything about it is top-notch. The friendliness of everyone at the hotel—staff, family, and guests—is incredible; everyone seems happy and genuinely enjoying their stay. You immediately feel comfortable and well cared for. The ambiance, the decor, the food, and everything else are absolutely first-class and worth every penny. We will be back as soon as possible to experience a few days of pure bliss!

This was my second visit. As expected, it was simply wonderful from beginning to end. We were particularly impressed by the warmth of the entire team. Service is truly a way of life here. Simply superb.

Topics such as rooms, spa, cleanliness, cuisine, overall enjoyment, the warm and welcoming team, etc., have also been mentioned in other reviews, and I gladly confirm this. In addition, I would like to highlight some aspects that may receive less attention: Staff consistency: We have been coming to the Torgglerhof for five years. We see many familiar faces every year; we know their names, and they know us. I conclude from this that the management is so good that the best people stay. I feel comfortable where the staff feels comfortable. Food: Not only are the regular courses excellent, but the desserts are a real highlight. Technology: Wi-Fi works simply and everywhere, whether you use a smartphone, a Linux laptop, or any other device. The guest app works and has useful functions and content. And here, too, the staff uses the available technology confidently and efficiently. My professional background gives me an eye for processes and personnel management. Here, as a guest, you can experience the results of good management and see a few things for yourself. 😊

We only stopped briefly at the beautiful garden restaurant during our hike. Although it was full, the staff were very friendly and helpful in finding us a table. In the end, we sat on the terrace of the farm shop. It was very inviting and lovingly decorated, and the service was truly excellent. Of course, we also bought a few things in the shop, as it's lovely and offers wonderful homemade and local products. We will definitely stop here again on our next visit to Merano; this time we'll make a reservation in advance.

A place to love and return to! Why? Hosts and staff who enjoy their work and genuinely care about their guests' well-being. Culinary delights – made with products from the hotel's own farm or the immediate vicinity – that are virtually unbeatable, whether at breakfast or dinner. Everything is Michelin-star quality! Night after night, day after day! A beautifully designed spa that doesn't need any sauna extravaganza, but impresses with its tranquility and intimate atmosphere. It features an adults-only area and a second area where children are also welcome. A thoughtfully integrated garden design that invites you to linger and relax! Here, we – and countless returning guests year after year – have found an oasis where the attention to detail is palpable and tangible from beginning to end! We're only giving the location 3 points because the property is situated in a kind of valley, and the sun – depending on the season and room choice – might not reach all areas very quickly. However, the overall satisfaction with the other aspects more than compensates for this last point. We know many hotels in South Tyrol, but here we feel completely at home and would gladly return!
