Wow! We were thrilled. The location had a very traditional Bavarian feel, the staff was very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had the pork knuckle and the spare ribs. Both were incredibly tasty, and the beer was excellent. We'd love to come back!

A very beautiful microbrewery inside and out, with a terrace that extends into some of the alleys. The menu is well-presented and gives a glimpse of the quality of the dishes. We ordered a selection of South Tyrolean cheeses and a mixed salad with speck, fried mushrooms, and cheese. A spectacle of beauty and flavor. With a small lager, a medium red beer, and two coffees, €49 for two people. Fairly reasonable, also considering the quality of the products.

This was our second time passing through Klausen on our way back to Germany from Tuscany, stopping for an overnight stay. It was also our second time at the Gassl Bräu brewery. Both times we arrived without a reservation. The friendly staff made it possible for our group of five to get a table despite the restaurant being quite busy. The food and beer are excellent, as is the very friendly service! We felt very welcome both times and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Cozy spot. It can get busy here; we had to wait a bit for a table on the terrace. Tasty schnitzel and burger accompanied by a locally brewed pint.
