The T-bone steak... it was seriously insane!! The visuals and the taste! And the servers' wine recommendations were perfect too! Ah, I think it would be incredibly difficult to find anything that isn't delicious here. How can everything be so tasty, luxurious, and on top of that, so reasonably priced! It's my first time traveling to the Dolomites, and I really want to come back next time following this exact same itinerary!

Wonderful food. We had the octopus as an appetizer, then the ravioli, followed by the lamb cordon bleu, and for dessert, tiramisu and penne parfait. Everything was perfect. We were very well taken care of. Maia was amazing. I hope to return soon.

Enjoyed one of the best meals we’ve had since arriving in Italy. The regular menu has some wonderful dishes (marinated lake trout and homemade gnocchi with truffles), and they also had some delicious features (lamb cordon bleu and beef raviolis with orange sauce). Wine and desserts were also very good. Our primary server was very attentive, friendly, and took care to explain the various featured menu items. Would definitely recommend for a quality meal in Ortisei.

Wow. This was an incredible dining expirence. Just had a very memorable lunch. By far the best in the Dolomites and it’s up there in terms of favourites in europe and that includes many many Michelin stars we have dined at. The white truffle gnocchi was so good we ordered it again for dessert, ravioli with orange was wonderful, the venison was perfectly cooked and the desserts (in addition to the double gnocchi) were sublime. The wine list was also very good with some higher end options by the glass via the coravin system. 10/10 service and they are amazing with children too. Compared to other restaurants in the area it’s quite expensive but that reflects the quality and the service. We would make a detour in future trips just to eat here again.

We visited the restaurant during our stay in the Dolomites and were very satisfied overall. The food was truly outstanding – high-quality ingredients, excellent flavor, and beautifully presented dishes. We were particularly impressed by the high culinary standard applied to even the classic dishes. There was absolutely nothing to criticize about the kitchen – everything was delicious. We also really enjoyed the restaurant's ambiance. It's clear that great emphasis is placed on quality and attention to detail. The only aspect that slightly detracted from our experience concerned the service. The staff was very attentive, perhaps even a little too attentive at times. Several employees came to our table one after the other to clear our plates, even though we hadn't finished eating. On the other hand, when we wanted to ask for and pay the bill, we had to wait quite a while. Although many staff members were nearby, no one could help us, as apparently only the assigned waiter was authorized to take the bill. Overall, it's an excellent restaurant with superb cuisine that we would gladly recommend. With slightly better service organization, the experience would have been perfect.

Unfortunately their food quality seems to have reduced significantly from some time ago. The por knuckle and tiramisu were not up to Tubladel standards. You can do better guys!

Aesthetically distinctive restaurant, excellent location, easily accessible with private parking. Warm yet professional welcome. Very professional service. Intriguing menu with various off-menu options. Innovative cuisine with excellent roots in tradition. Top-quality ingredients. Sublime meats, both tender and cooked. Intriguing desserts. A wine list worthy of a sommelier's concussion! Prices are significant, but when compared to the quality... fair.
