First and foremost, it's the view! That's what you pay for here; the panorama is incredible. The food is very good one day, but very mediocre the next (a salad without dressing and one sausage for €15). Good drinks and beer, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It's worth a visit, even just for the views.

Gasthof Falkenstein

04/06/2026: We ate here several times last year, and again this year for a snack and dinner. The terrace has a lovely view. The service was incredibly friendly, thank you so much! The dumplings in the soup and as a trio were amazing! And we had a fantastic breaded turkey schnitzel. There was a great selection of delicious desserts. To finish, we had a liqueur and a schnapps – simply a wonderful evening :-) Thank you to the whole team! We'll definitely be back next year (or maybe even this summer) 🌞
31/05/2026: We stayed at the Gasthaus Falkenstein for one night while passing through and were completely satisfied. The food, rooms, and staff were all incredibly welcoming – highly recommended. We had everything we needed.
