03/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, exceeding our expectations. Typical Ladin dishes, each one better than the last. We had two appetizers, two first courses, and dessert. Everything was excellent! Generous portions, bold and very unique flavors, a must-try if you're in the area. Very friendly staff!! Fair prices for dinner. I will definitely be back.

From the very first moment, we sensed the attention to detail – be it in the charming ambiance, the attentive service, or the refined cuisine. Each course was a small work of art, perfectly balanced in flavor and prepared with high-quality ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere: you don't just feel like a guest, but a welcome part of a culinary experience.
A huge compliment to the entire team – we will definitely be back!

14/03/2026: My favourite hotel ever. Had four nights here traveling solo. The wellness facilities are outstanding. Staff are friendly and super efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is the best I've had in Italy. Superb bread. Outstanding views of san candido. Booked to go back already!

29/01/2026: Whenever I ride up the Stelvio Pass, stopping at Ristorante Tibet is non-negotiable. The location is unbeatable – right at the top with that incredible panoramic view over the hairpins and the valley below. Lunch with that scenery in front of you is priceless.The staff are always friendly and attentive, they make you feel welcome even when it’s busy. The food is really good too – hearty mountain dishes done properly, fresh and tasty. It’s the perfect reward after the climb. Highly recommend – don’t miss it!"
15/11/2025: An overnight stay is a wonderful experience. Right beneath a glacier with a phenomenal view. The rooms are excellent. The food is superb.
It's physically demanding at high altitude, but definitely worth it. We were there in the summer on our way home from the Dolomites. It's a beautiful route (by car).

24/02/2026: Dinner with a friend during my last trip to Italy. Having food intolerances, it's not often I find friendly, empathetic, and helpful staff. Our Lagrein was excellent, and the atmosphere was very clean and well-maintained. We'll definitely see you again. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.
19/02/2026: I went to this restaurant for dinner with friends. We didn't try the pizza, which looked nice, but only the food. The food was really good, the service was average, and the atmosphere was a bit noisy, perhaps better for large groups. The prices, in my opinion, were a bit too high.

28/02/2026: Excellent local specialties, some of which are original (such as the grey cheese with a tempting onion). The goulash with dumplings and the porcini pasta are a surefire hit. The rosticciana is delicious. Everything is very digestible. A fine Lagrein is served by the glass. Truly admirable service: cheerful and prompt. Pleasant, traditional decor. Fairly priced.
27/02/2026: Passing through Brunico on our way to Antholz for the Olympics, we based our visit on Google reviews and stopped at this delightful restaurant in the city center. They seated us right away even though we didn't have a reservation and the place was packed due to the Fat Thursday celebrations. The staff was kind and very attentive, and they were especially attentive to the children, whom they joked with and entertained throughout our stay. The menu features local ingredients and high-quality ingredients. We opted for a venison lunch and I must say we were truly satisfied. The price was in line with the service and quality of the dishes. We will definitely keep it in mind when we return to Alta Pusteria!! Highly recommended!!!

The Nußbaumer thrives on its location, the charming staff, and the fresh cuisine. The menu isn't extensive, but everything is highly recommended!
Let Moritz guide you through the wine selection – he can tell you a lot about the local wineries because he knows them personally. Also, head to the heart of the Nußbaumer – the wine shelves have much more than what's on the menu.
Treat yourself to more than just a pizza and a glass of house wine. It's worth it!

03/11/2025: I was here with my caravan. I've been here several times before and it's always been great. The restaurant used to be fantastic. Give it another try. There's a cycle path right in front of reception that leads directly to Bolzano. The food here is great. Everything's familiar, nothing new.
