I cycled from Saltaus via Prenn to Videgg on my e-bike. I enjoyed a delicious apple strudel with cream and recharged my e-bike battery. The service was very friendly. I'd happily come back here.

An authentic, family-run refuge with a stunning view of the valley. Delicious food, a warm stube, and artisanal liqueurs to finish. Excellent, definitely worth a visit and a lunch break.

Excellent inn after a short hike from the cable car. They have a lot of homemade food, and it tastes absolutely delicious! Plus, the service is incredibly friendly!

29/07/2026: A welcoming mountain hut in Santa Maddalena in the Casies Valley. Easily accessible by car, then a short walk, or by bike along the wonderful cycle path that starts in Monguelfo. Excellent food. Friendly and efficient staff.

17/07/2026: We were at the hut on a Wednesday evening. The atmosphere was breathtaking and the menu was world-class. Absolutely recommended if the Seiser Alm cable car is open until 11:00 PM in the summer when the weather is good. It's then about a 15-20 minute walk to the hut. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
14/07/2026: A mountain hut where you can take a short break while hiking the Alpe di Siusi trekking course. The coffee didn't leave a huge impression, but the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful.
