Everything was delicious. One steak was too tough, but the server immediately offered to cook it again. That was nice, but we would have preferred if the right cut of meat had been used from the start.

It's a bit odd to give almost every review in Kaltern and the surrounding area a 5.0 rating, but we spontaneously decided to go to the Seehofkeller on our only unplanned evening and were lucky enough to get a table with a fantastic lake view. The service was superb, the food even better, and the view was the perfect finishing touch – there's really nothing more to say!

Beautifully situated, especially in summer when sitting on the terrace is a dream. However, we've had better meals in the immediate vicinity. The service was friendly, but nothing more.

Anyone who claims money can't buy happiness has never eaten at Seehof Keller. Here, your wallet opens with a smile, and that smile lasts until the very last bite.
A fantastic ambiance, attentive staff you'd love to take home with you, and a four-course meal where each course was a delightful surprise.
Finely balanced, beautifully presented, and yes, our plates were empty every time before we even had a chance to think about whether we were full. A huge compliment to the entire team.
We'll be back, whether our wallets allow it or not.

Exceptional gratinated snails in a dreamy setting!
If you love snails, Seehof Keller in Caldaro is a must-see. Their gratinated snails are simply perfect: a perfectly balanced aromatic butter and a crispy crust that alone are worth the trip (scraping the bread with the bread is a must!). Everything is enhanced by a magical atmosphere, nestled within the ancient historic walls and offering a splendid view of the vineyards and the lake. Friendly service and excellent local wines. Highly recommended, but remember to book.
