18/10/2024: I care a lot about the Siracusa pastry shop because it has always been excellent and since I discovered my lactose intolerance it has been an excellent discovery for my breakfasts as it is one of the few to offer a vegan breakfast, I am writing this review in order to improve the place with this advice, when there is confusion it would be good to serve customers calmly and in an orderly manner I did not appreciate seeing so many coffees made at the counter by people who arrived long after me and I remained there waiting at the table with only the brioche (at least it all arrived together ordering)… furthermore, especially with the confusion, it would be a good idea to check the customer's specific requests and clean the mouth of the cappuccino froth machine well because, with great regret, mine was contaminated or even incorrectly added to normal milk and so I found myself at work with cramps and an atrocious headache given my intolerance. I advise you to pay more attention and I hope the next ones who come will be luckier than me.

06/09/2024: Their almond pastries!!!! You're spoiled for choice. A must when the holidays end and you want to take some unique specialties with you... friendly staff and a well-kept place. As soon as I'm in the area I won't hesitate to return. Well done!!!

20/06/2024: Ho acquistato 3 panini “tartarughe “ per cena. Il pane non era per niente fragrante anzi è risultato duro e faticoso da masticare. Mai mi sarei aspettata una qualità cosi scadente da un forno.

20/01/2025: Después de nuestra llegada al aeropuerto, ya que todavía teníamos que conducir durante otras 2 horas y media, así que decidimos comer aquí > tienen un montón de sándwiches y pizzas variedades, pero sentí que eran demasiado caros, pero estás aquí en el aeropuerto, así que esperemos que > el café era bueno y lo que también tuvimos era bueno, así que tuvimos un buen almuerzo aquí > también tenían un buen lugar para sentarse y comer

13/12/2024: Siamo stati a cena, cibo scarsocarne cruda senza possibilita di scegliere cosa mangiare,ho chiesto una coca e non me l hanno data, servizio con imprecazioni e cani che giravano per la stanza e che ti si addossavano mentre mangiavi Conto altissimo Assolutamente impossibile da consigliare

04/02/2025: Il Propietario Giovanna non mi ha pagato il mio ultimo mese di lavoro, e il mio stipendio era meno di €1000 non consiglio a nessuno di venire a lavorare in questo posto, o venire a mangiare in questo posto dove questa gente non tratta bene le persone.
