26/04/2025: The place presents itself well with the constant smell of bread, the niche product is the midday snacks, which now, following customer complaints, two incoming ticket dispensers have been placed, one for those who book and one for those who want bread at the counter, to avoid disorder and the crowd of calls.

20/12/2024: The best bakery in Conselve for many years! Last week I also got the pizzas that come out of the bread oven, very good for a break or a quick lunch, then 2 cream brioches and 1 krapfen. My family loves olive slippers, I appreciate milk bread, those soft, unburned white flattened loaves: there is a great variety of products anyway. If kept in the bag the bread lasts 2-3 days, and can be reused as breadcrumbs when dry. The staff is always kind, sometimes they have to manage a lot of people in a small environment, it's not easy for them too: the location of the place (now historic) in front of the cathedral is particular. You come out with the taste of hot bread and you're in the town center.

24/07/2024: Una piscina meravigliosa come poche a Latina. Sono stato di recente per passare una giornata in relax e non potevo scegliere di meglio, circondata dal verde e la sera, in estate, si può assaporare un'ottima pizza con affaccio su piscina.

16/12/2024: Posto curato e molto carino, il personale è capace e attento ma non invadente, il menu e la presentazione e qualità mi ha completamente soddisfatto e mi ha fatto fare una ottima figura con il cliente mio ospite. Una nota in aggiunta positiva, il barman e i drink nonché la lista degli aperitivi / long drinks sono notevoli. Ottimo posto da riprovare più volte! Ho visto alcune recensioni negative ma sono vecchie, la gestione ho saputo essere cambiata alla fine 2023 inizio 2024.
