15/08/2024: It's the third time I've eaten here, accompanied by the dear friend who made me discover it. To give a vague idea of ​​the goodness of the delicacies prepared by the "master" Renato, I can say that they are excellent (excellent one cannot say). Without fear of being contradicted, I can say that eating here is an experience for the stomach and for the spirit which is found in a small and intimate environment, almost familiar, but which inspires awe if the "master" Renato, a man, is in the room. with great culinary skill, with particular humor and friendliness that "explains" the delicacies he has cooked.

21/03/2024: Quello che potrebbe essere un normale pranzo o una normale cena, in questo posto si trasforma in un'esperienza sensoriale unica. Quello che il mitico Renato (Chef e proprietario del ristorante) definisce una degustazione, in realtà è un viaggio nei sapori, negli odori e nei colori di una cucina ricercata ed elaborata con sapienza e cura maniacale dei dettagli. Abbiate premura, in fase di prenotazione, di specificare eventuali intolleranze o gusti particolari, per il resto affidatevi allo Chef ...non ve ne pentirete!

30/01/2024: Sempre stato bene. Sia come accoglienza sia per la cucina. Fatti vari eventi, ormai c'è un rapporto di stima reciproca con la proprietà e con il personale.

30/04/2024: Probably years ago it was something else. Popped in on a Monday afternoon to take a tour of the Monferrato area. Consumed 2 focaccias with ham and cheese and the other with salami and cheese which were tasteless just like the place and the lady at the counter. Of course, if this is the hospitality you reserve for tourists, it doesn't go far!!
