21/03/2025: Rude staff who respond rudely, food isn't fresh, and if you use the bathroom they yell at you if you want to dry your hands with a hand dryer "because otherwise you'll break it from what you say."
07/02/2025: The service is very good. I went for breakfast. They served me very well. It was very clean. The decor was perfect. The only thing that needs improvement is the neighborhood and the food. I highly recommend this place.

30/06/2025: It was a home-made pizzeria at affordable prices, we were last here 2 years ago. Unfortunately, it is closed this year, but they moved to the sea as BELLA GIOIA 2. We wanted to say hello to the nice lady who was serving, but we never saw her again.

15/07/2023: La pizza è buona ma i tempi d'attesa pessimi!
La cosa peggiore è che non rilasciano alcun scontrino! Il conto scritto a mano su un foglietto di carta senza neanche dettaglio!!!! Scandaloso! Cosa peggiore che sta al centro di Frascati, ma a quanto pare, nessuno fa controlli!

05/09/2024: 3 pizzette 3 bibite 19 euro più un euro per aggiunta maionese.
Bella frutti di mare sotto aceto c’erano anche peperoni e pomodoro.
Al ristorante un menù fisso con primo e secondo costa 20 euro.

27/07/2024: Le job est fait : une bonne pizza rapidement servie et mangée sur le pouce. Pour une restauration rapide, les pizzas sont bonnes et moelleuses. Je ne ne mets cependant pas 5 étoiles car les serveuses vont trop rapidement : elles n'écoutent pas toujours ce qu'on veut quand il y a du monde et on se retrouve avec la moitié de nos toppies seulement ! C'est arrivé 2x, un peu trop donc. Mais le repas est très bon !

12/11/2023: Siamo stati in questo gioiellino il cui tempo sembra essersi fermato a quando i valori e i rapporti umani erano più importanti di tutto, personale gentile disponibile, atmosfera familiare, focolaio che da un senso di calore interno e riscalda gli animi dal freddo che c'è fuori, il tutto contornato dalla cosa più importante ovvero l'ottimo cibo, spiedo morbidissimo costata morbida come il burro e contorni da leccarsi i baffi. Inutile dire che torneremo spesso. Voto 10.
