15/08/2024: At the top of Plan de Corones/Kronplatz, a refuge that offers a splendid panorama and excellent food to relax and refresh yourself after a trip to the mountains. The dishes are simple, of the local tradition with some more touristy and international offerings; the service was quick and kind, despite the almost constant crowding. The view is completely satisfying.

30/07/2024: A radiant oasis in the Ahrntal: The Hotel Molin Anyone who has ever visited the Hotel Molin in the Ahrntal knows that real holiday dreams come true here! As soon as you enter the house you are embraced by a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you forget all your worries. The Lechner family of hoteliers puts their heart and soul into every corner of the house and you can feel it. The extremely friendly staff anticipates your every wish and ensures that you feel completely at home. The wellness area is a true temple of relaxation: a magical bathing pond and a beautiful pool. The stress and hectic pace of everyday life melt away like snow in the sun. Here you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings to the fullest. There is also a sauna and a fitness room, but with a whole week of sunshine and almost always 30 degrees, you don't need anything like that. The Hotel Molin is an absolute culinary delight. From delicious regional specialties to international delicacies, every dish is prepared with love and skill. The food alone is worth the trip! At least if you're a foodie ;-) The location of the hotel simply cannot be topped. While we have only been here in Ahrnatl in winter to ski on Klausberg, summer has now completely captivated us. The wealth of activities is overwhelming: hiking on picturesque paths, mountain biking on varied trails, exciting excursions and an action program that leaves nothing to be desired. The culinary highlights in the small, rustic huts along the hiking trails are particularly a delight for the senses. Summer in Ahrntal is like a magical fairy tale book that you don't want to put down. The impressive mountain landscape, the clear streams and the fresh Alpine air make every day an unforgettable experience. In short: the Hotel Molin in the Ahrntal is a real stroke of luck for every holidaymaker. The combination of warm hospitality, luxurious comfort and a fantastic location makes this hotel an incomparable jewel. A stay here is like a leap into happiness - you won't want to leave!

16/07/2024: Hotel Molin, fantastic, we had a lovely holiday with the family. I recommend it more to couples or singles because it is not a family hotel for children and it is a very quiet place, so much so that you are afraid of disturbing the peace of the guests, especially in common places.. Excellent and varied food, good buffet perhaps should be integrated a little with products for intolerances. Quick and satiating light lunch, much enjoyed! Spacious and clean rooms.. top pool side view. Fabulous pools.. relaxing sofas and a satisfying view.. with the children playing, some guests had complaints but on the other hand it is not adults only. Few outdoor games and poorly maintained, so much so that my daughter chipped her hand on the slide because they are not well maintained.. inflatable cow inflated three days before returning due to rain.. inside the play area is sparse and sad.. present at reception some board games and a ping pong table outside but as mentioned these things are poorly maintained.. they should increase and maintain activities that are also suitable for children and families as entertainment.. For the rest everything is fine... very nice employees, just a little more update on the local activities to offer. 25/08/2024: We ate there one evening on site and got takeaway another evening. The polenta with wild mushrooms is delicious. The shin is also very good. Very kind and friendly staff. Cozy place. And I add that it is one of the few restaurants that still offers typical dishes from Val Gardena. We will definitely be back. Advised

10/08/2024: First of all: We didn't eat well anywhere in Merano and the surrounding area! No matter whether specialties or simply pizza. But dumpling happiness stands out once again. Without exception delicious dishes. No matter which course, sophisticated dumplings with fresh herbs and everything Dish with its own taste. When serving, the chef explains what is on the plate and questions are allowed. Not a standard meal (where else can you get calf's head today?), but implemented ideas. All of this in a beautiful ambience with a view. Nothing wrong with the service. What I personally want to emphasize: You can tell that everyone is having fun at work, there should be an extra star for that ⭐️. We came across dumpling luck quite by chance while strolling... someone once called our four-legged friend "Knödler"... and we became curious...

05/08/2024: Great atmosphere. The food is delicious and very nicely presented. The boss explains what's in it while serving. Staff is also very friendly. And the icing on the cake There is Erithrith to sweeten coffee. And no Assugrin. Eating healthy doesn't just stop with coffee. Dumpling happiness is my insider tip in Meran.

29/07/2024: The hotel provides such an interesting and beautiful experience. The decor and art inside are exceptional. The pool and the grounds, garden are gorgeous. Breakfast fabulous. Why 4 stars for service ? When you arrive tired and walk to the room and there is no water offered except the one you need to buy for 5 euro... Unacceptable. At this price i expect water and a Nespresso machine at a hotel. But maybe its a thing in the area: you get lots at 120 euro/night places but nothing when you pay 300. Also, a fan in the room would be good. It was 36 C and it was a bit stuffy.

15/07/2024: We felt very comfortable right from the start. The team, the service, the ambience, the room - everything is just great. Breakfast buffet and dinner were great 👍👍. What is also absolutely inviting and successful is the design of the pools and the wellness area. There are several bus stops nearby, which are very easy to reach on foot.

10/08/2024: Sono andato con le mie figlie. Siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza, il locale è ampio, luminoso, il personale gentile e professionale , i piatti buonissimi e casalinghi. Io ho preso polenta con gorgonzola fuso, il tutto preceduto da un insalata fresca e condita con molto equilibrio. Le mie figlie spezzatino di cervo. Porzioni super abbondanti ognuno delle quali sarebbe stata sufficiente per due persone. Prezzi adeguati

23/08/2024: Excellent hut. The climb is easy and suitable for everyone along the wide road in the woods. After leaving the car in the dedicated car park, you gradually climb up to 1600 meters above sea level. The road to and from the parking lot is only a little narrow. It's very good at the table... dumplings, speck, cheeses and lots of beer. Courteous service. Recommended hut.

07/07/2024: We visited the restaurant some time ago and we still remember it as one of the very best restaurant experiences ever. Superb cooking from hyper local ingredients. We didn't have any expectations but we were totally amazed. Should have more than 1 star

02/07/2024: Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Parkhotel Holzner und gleich am ersten Abend zu einem 7 Gänge Menü im "1908". Man kann es gar nicht in Worte fassen, was hier gezaubert wird. Jeder Gang ein kulinarischer Höhepunkt. Mein Mann hatte die begleitenden Weine - auch hier: Eine ausgefallene Weinauswahl nach der anderen. Ich bin Vegetarierin und es war für das Team, meine Gänge "umzustellen". Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir am anderen Abend gleich wieder einen Tisch bestellt haben. Und jetzt die Überraschung: Ich bekam ein komplett neues Menü ohne Fleisch und Fisch. Und es hiess einfach: Na, das haben wir doch gerne gemacht. So wohl gefühlt haben wir uns in einem Sternelokal noch nie.

16/07/2024: Ambiente: Rustikal und familiär trifft es am besten. Auf einer Anhöhe gelegen bekommt man einen tollen Ausblick ins Tal. Die Räumlichkeiten sind einfach gehalten, man kann sowohl im Haupthaus sitzen, wie auch im Anbau und draußen. Es ist alles sauber, hell und freundlich. Service: Herzlich, freundlich und kundenorientiert. Die Chefin packt selbst mit an und wird unterstützt von zwei jungen Damen, welche wissen, wie es geht. Eine von beiden arbeitet hauptberuflich in einem nahgelegenen Hotel und ist vielleicht von daher den professionellen Umgang mit Kunden gewöhnt. Dennoch ist es irgendwie familiär und nicht nur deshalb waren wir an zwei aufeinander folgenden Tagen zum Abendessen dort. Küche: Pizza ist super, obwohl die große Auswahl zunächst abschreckend wirkt. Der Teig dünn, wie kross und der Belag frisch und erlesen. Am Folgetag Pasta mit Wild, wie auch Eis und Kaiserschmarren, alles vorzüglich ! Sonstiges: Wir können dieses Haus gerne und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen !
