01/08/2025: Arriving slightly early (12:15) after the opening time (12:30), I was turned away and invited to get a coffee at a nearby café! I returned "punctually" and was assigned a table. The lunch consisted of slapdash and uninteresting dishes. High price, disappointing service, and food from the worst tavern. Perhaps the Michelin inspector who reported it got the name of the place wrong. Highly not recommended.

31/08/2025: This hotel boasts clean, tastefully furnished rooms with sweeping views of Lake Resia. The spa area and pools are perfect for relaxing on a rainy day or after a hike. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The cuisine is truly excellent, with a variety of tasty dishes. Congratulations!!

01/08/2025: More than just an excellent hotel 👍🏻 It's a shame that prices have tripled in just a few years, unlike other hotels in Trentino where you get the same services for half the price.

30/08/2025: A must-see after a beautiful hike through the stunning natural surroundings. Stunning views of lush green valleys. The food is good and the prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and quantity, and the service is also very efficient and fast.

06/08/2025: What's going on now? As my friend summed it up, "wow," just wow. The very best dumplings in the world 😍 and a super delicious cordon bleu, the fried potatoes were also amazing. The service seemed a bit stressed, but that was due to the rush, amazing! So, 5 out of 5 anyway. Thanks to the team, you rarely experience something like that.

04/08/2025: The Talbauer Inn is an ideal stop on the way from Auer Castle to the Hochmuth mountain station—perfectly located with breathtaking views of the Etschtal Valley. The food was excellent: freshly prepared, authentic, and a real hit in terms of flavor! Particularly noteworthy: the fluffy Kaiserschmarrn, the hearty dumplings, and the noodle soup, of which our son ate two portions. That alone speaks volumes! The terrace offers a wonderful view of the valley, the atmosphere is relaxed and informal, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Payment can be made conveniently by card or cash—very straightforward. An all-round harmonious experience in a magnificent location. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to combine enjoyment with panoramic views!

15/07/2025: A wonderful alpine pasture with a wonderful view and delicious food. A truly beautiful place has been created here with great attention to detail. The food is delicious and varied. We recommend the forest path from the parking lot behind the Mudlerhof farm near Taisten. From here, you'll reach the alpine pasture in just over an hour. Be careful: the path first goes uphill, then downhill again.

14/07/2025: Beautiful mountain hut! From the menu to the service, everything is carefully thought out. The pressed canederli and the chocolate cake with cream and strawberries are excellent. I really appreciated the POS payment with a receipt.
