Beautiful, sophisticated ambience with a homely flair in a lovingly converted barn. The only downside: it was definitely a bit too fresh. But that won't stop us from going there more often!!

The smell in the kitchen in the morning also seemed unpleasant to me, which may be due to inadequate cleaning in the evening. The quality of drinks and food could also be optimized. Several times I noticed that juices that had been sitting around for a long time were being offered. That's a shame, because the ambience and location actually offer a lot of potential. I hope that this feedback is received constructively and helps to improve quality and hygiene. This would be a great benefit for tourists visiting Tschamin Schwaige.

11/02/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare per una settimana in questo ristorante, durante la settimana bianca, e sono rimasta sorpresa dall' eccezionale qualità del cibo e dall'accoglienza impeccabile( in particolare della signora Dorotea)! L'atmosfera è elegante ma al tempo stesso familiare e calda perfetta per le serete speciali in compagnia di amici.

10/12/2024: We specifically went to Knödelglück because we read the good reviews in advance. So we took a wonderful walk through Meran and then stopped at Knödelglück. Although we didn't have a reservation, we only had to wait a few minutes and were then given a seat with a fantastic view over Meran. The service was friendly and excellent. Then the food arrived and our high expectations were not disappointed! It was really excellent. Therefore, Knödelglück is an absolute recommendation and we would love to come back! If I had a little room for improvement, it would be great to have a typical children's meal on the menu (pasta or fries), but that's really just a personal wish.

The dessert dumplings were also delicious. The portion will definitely fill you up, so dessert is more for sharing. The service could have been a little faster or more attentive. Great location and beautiful view from the terrace!
