A lady will serve you traditional meals in a tranquil and intimate setting, perfect for couples (we loved it). The prices: very fair, the dishes are worth more, 10/10. 10/11/2025: Wonderful place! High up in the mountains, secluded and wonderfully peaceful! Most beautiful views of the Puster Valley and Kronplatz. The food is freshly cooked, regional, and above all, delicious. Very good value! Highly recommended. The hostess is very welcoming and takes plenty of time for guests. 31/10/2025: A well-maintained, simple hotel, admittedly a bit dated, but that's precisely its charm – unpretentious, without all the spa and wellness hype, simply down-to-earth and genuinely hospitable. Very good food at reasonable prices. A fantastic panoramic view from the lovely terrace. What more could you want?

22/11/2025: We were just looking for a light meal and happened to stumble upon this place on the edge of Bolzano's old town. The menu definitely focuses on pasta. You can find it in all sorts of variations, from simple to cheese-filled or vegan. The buns seem to be homemade, and everything else was fresh and really delicious. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable. We'll definitely be back. Our only complaint is the noise level in the restaurant. It was quite loud.

09/12/2025: I wholeheartedly agree with this café, which serves excellent coffee and delicious sandwiches, perfect in size for a mid-morning breakfast. I discovered it also extends into a comfortable mezzanine, which increases the bar's size. The service is always professional, friendly, and fast. It's my favorite café.

Unfortunately, there's no parking directly on site; you should park at the entrance to the village and then walk the approximately 700 meters. Delicious hot chocolate and delicious beer 🍺.

01/09/2025: Arriving in Tirolo after a nine-hour drive, this was the very first place we went after unpacking our suitcases. We loved it right away; we've rarely had such good Aperols/Hugos at such a fair price. We came here almost every day to start the evening, and it was always fantastic and very nice. Highly recommended for nice and delicious drinks!

29/10/2025: I had a strange feeling about this restaurant. The wine prices are very odd. The price-to-quantity ratio is completely off. If you're not careful, you'll easily fall for it.... That's probably the intention. Proportionally, a larger quantity is two to three times more expensive!

27/10/2025: A very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in this family-run restaurant. We had pizza and trout fillet, both highly recommended. They also offer a small pizza. The pizza base was super-thin and crispy, the toppings evenly distributed, and the crust was just the right width. And Lagrein. Everything is served at truly reasonable prices. One of our regulars. Edit 2025: Still very good, definitely recommend it!

02/12/2025: I've been coming to the Sterzinger Moos for 40 years and have witnessed the hotel's development firsthand. It's incredible what the Planck family has accomplished here. No matter when I've called, I've always been able to get a room. I've always been treated warmly and like family, and they've always given me tips on the best spots. When I'm at the Moos, I always feel at home. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and absolutely delicious. Half-board is an absolute must: varied and incredibly tasty cuisine, usually cooked by the owner himself, and he does a fantastic job. Second helpings? No problem. The hotel has a great espresso bar, and what I like best about it is that you always meet locals. In short: if you want to be on the safe side, the Sterzinger Moos is the place to go. And you can reach the center of Sterzing in just a 5-minute walk.

The food was delicious; we'd definitely return, but it's a shame we're so far away. I highly recommend the place, especially for its beautifully appointed interior! Parking is available.
