17/05/2026: Wonderful experience in this most beautiful hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who took such great care of our 12 ladies group. This was my second time to stay here and it won’t be my last. Book this hotel. You won’t regret it and you will never be disappointed.

11/05/2026: This was our second time staying at the Palace hotel in Viareggio. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

09/06/2026: The location is very beautiful, and the zip line and toboggan run are excellent. The price is extremely high; the all-inclusive ticket is €57, which is the cheapest option if you want the toboggan run and zip line. The three cable car stations in the upper area were out of service, and this wasn't explained to us before we bought the ticket.

03/04/2026: An unexpected highlight of our city trip. We spontaneously arrived shortly after opening without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. Luckily, there were still some tables available. It filled up quickly after we arrived. Our server was attentive and friendly, anticipating our every need. We ordered a tuna steak and a beef steak, both served without unnecessary frills. They were by far the best versions of these dishes we've had in a long time. The desserts were also absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended, even as a day trip if you're in the area.

03/04/2026: We went for a beer on Thursday afternoon in lovely weather. Despite the beer garden being full, the young waitress was fantastic. Kudos! 😀

27/04/2026: Good food and friendly staff. At least during weekday lunches, you can help yourself to the vegetable buffet at no extra cost. If I could, I'd give it 4.5 stars.

22/04/2026: As a passionate dumpling lover, I had the best dumpling trio I've ever had there, served on a bed of coleslaw. The staff were warm, attentive, and very understanding. Thank you, Christl, for this excellent meal and the lovely time my husband and I were able to spend with you. We'll definitely be back! :)

29/05/2026: We were at this beautiful alpine pasture today 😍 We were lucky it was only open on its first day!! Super service... incredibly friendly staff, and the food and atmosphere were simply fantastic!! We were there with our three dogs and will definitely be back!!!!

24/05/2026: 10/10! The best view, service and great food! We had spaghetti carbonara, aglio olio, bruschetta and greek style salad. All great and we returned several times during our cycling day trips in the area.

19/05/2026: I came back because the experience has always been a 10, but unfortunately this time it wasn't the case. The service was less efficient and the buffet was very limited, not to mention the snacks. If the service is 3/4, you have to serve 3/4, otherwise you get half board and that's it.

24/12/2025: A charming and very well-kept place. The staff was professional and very kind. We ate a wonderful meat tartar, unfortunately I didn't take a photo because I was so eager to eat it, freshly prepared at the table! What a spectacle. We continued with two first courses, both exceptional in presentation and flavor, and a meat-based second course, also formidable. A top-notch restaurant. Whether for a romantic dinner or enjoying a dinner with friends. I always recommend calling and making a reservation; it's usually very busy.

04/02/2026: Great location, convenient to so many activities in the South Tyrol. Fabulous food and service, though as I now read the reviews I realize that the reason I found their bread and pastries to be just a little less than wonderful was that it was all gluten free. (But still tasty, and the rest of the food was superb.) Loved the pool and sauna areas, but the rooftop hot tub was really only a "tepid tub" and was not really usable during our winter stay because it wasn't adequately heated. Lovely spacious and quiet room. But the bed was too firm for us and there was no way to adjust the temperature to our particular taste, so for us the room was always too hot, especially at night. They offer guided snowshoe hikes in the winter (which was the primary reason we were there), but for our entire week the only available hikes were quite strenuous, and we could only manage to do one of them. (We noted that the following week, after we would be gone, that there were easier hikes offered.) So while I do recommend this hotel and we did enjoy ourselves, I can't help but have some regrets because our stay there could have been so much more enjoyable with only a few changes.

23/01/2026: Tiramisu from the factory, tasted terrible and artificial. Espresso ok, but the coffee in the cappuccino was overcooked and not good. Too bad.

18/05/2026: We've eaten at Kirchsteiger several times. The pizzas are delicious and the value for money is excellent. We haven't been disappointed yet. The service is also very fast.

31/03/2026: The place is very beautiful and the view is absolutely stunning. It has heaters, is cozy, and clean, to be honest. Their service was outstanding; they were friendly and cheerful. We asked them for hot water, and they brought it to us very kindly and calmly, along with tea and cups. 👍🏻👌 The breakfast was very nice and thoughtful. They prepare coffee or tea according to your request, and eggs are also ready immediately upon your arrival. The service is excellent. 👌 Thank you for the wonderful stay. ❤️
