20/04/2026: Review is for the restaurant only. I am guessing the owners changed or the food and menu is significantly different in the off season. The 'local' cheese platter was very disappointing with mass produced cheese I would expect at a breakfast buffet, and the menu is very limited.

06/06/2026: I can only review the restaurant itself, and it's truly excellent. They have a small menu, but usually also offer several daily specials. The food is delicious and the presentation isn't overly elaborate. The meat dishes are also very good. While the prices are on the higher end, they still offer good value for money. The service is friendly and attentive. They have a wide selection of wines by the glass and an extensive bottle list. The only thing that could be improved is the children's menu; it's just the usual pasta with sauce. The shaded terrace in front of the restaurant is also lovely. Parking isn't a problem.

22/10/2025: Amazing Food, Super Friendly Staff, and Open Late! A Must-Visit! We had a brilliant dinner experience at Pizzeria Rosmarin! The quality of the food was outstanding. I ordered the steak, and it was perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious. The pizza was also fantastic. What made the evening truly great was the combination of delicious food with their excellent service. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and we especially appreciated that they were open late, making it the perfect spot for our dinner. I highly recommend Pizzeria Rosmarin to anyone in the area looking for great food, late hours, and a wonderful atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

04/04/2026: A beautiful hotel in a truly unique location! The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. All the staff are also consistently helpful and accommodating. The spa area is gorgeous and inviting – simply perfect for unwinding. The food and drinks are outstanding – everything here is just right. You feel at ease from the moment you arrive. We will definitely be back – highly recommended!

14/01/2026: I've been a guest at this refuge for over 25 years. It's spectacular! Both the location and the food. One of the most beautiful places in the world at the foot of my favorite mountain in the Dolomites... Ciao Tre Scarperi! Come visit Maria, she's very kind! But be patient, because it's not always easy to find a table!

10/01/2026: This quaint refuge nestled in the beautiful Fiscalina Valley can be reached after an hour's mostly flat hike from Bad Moos. The food was DELICIOUS, and I can't wait to return! We had the salsify soup and dumplings, truly unforgettable! The service was also fast and friendly. It's worth considering that this is a fairly popular refuge, and since they don't take reservations, you might end up on a waiting list, but fortunately, it fills up fairly quickly. Highly recommended!

01/06/2026: Hotel Jochgrimm – Authentic hospitality, excellent cuisine, and a homely atmosphere My partner and I had a truly pleasant stay at Hotel Jochgrimm. The property is well-maintained, surrounded by nature, and immediately conveys a sense of tranquility. The cuisine is excellent: carefully prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and consistently prompt service. The spa area also deserves special mention: clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying moments of true well-being. One of the aspects we most appreciated was the hospitality. Alex and his wife are impeccable hosts, always present, attentive, and capable of making every guest feel truly welcome. The same goes for the staff: Christian, Cristina, and the staff in the breakfast room and restaurant are professional, courteous, and warm. Thanks to them, you truly feel at home, with that naturalness that makes a stay special. With the same warmth with which we embraced the experience, we only highlight one aspect that could be improved: the aromas wafting from the kitchen. After breakfast or dinner, upon returning to your room, you may find yourself with a slight smell of food. This doesn't detract from the quality of your stay, but addressing this issue would make the experience truly impeccable. Overall, we'd happily recommend this hotel for its quality hospitality, excellent cuisine, spa, and the family-friendly atmosphere it creates. We'll definitely be back!

22/03/2026: A stunning hotel nestled in the Dolomites. We stayed in a junior suite. The rooms have been modernized while maintaining the typical mountain style, tastefully furnished and very cozy. I believe the spa is among the most beautiful I've ever found in a hotel. It's fully equipped and designed specifically to make everyone feel at ease and provide a space for privacy and relaxation. Separating the children's area from the adults' area is a feature I personally greatly appreciated. Not to mention Cristina, the massage therapist who pampered and treated us, a delightful and professional person. Dinner was always impeccable, breakfast was varied, and the food was generally excellent, authentic yet delicious. The overall atmosphere is truly that of a mountain chalet, very authentic yet sophisticated, and the price, considering the overall offering, is excellent. The staff was always friendly and attentive. It would be a pleasure to visit in the summer as well, but we'll definitely be back next year for the ski season.

12/04/2026: The hosts are absolutely fantastic! They go to great lengths to make us feel welcome and are always coming up with new ideas. They have their own coffee roastery, and the owner even offered us homemade kombucha, which was incredibly delicious. Highly recommended!

07/04/2026: Highly recommended – we'd love to come back! Our whole family spent a weekend at the Hotel Restaurant Langgenhof to celebrate our grandfather's 90th birthday. We received an incredibly warm welcome upon arrival. The entire team was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere in the hotel is very welcoming, warm, and authentic – you immediately feel at ease. The team went above and beyond to make the birthday celebration a special occasion, creating a wonderful setting. A truly wonderful stay where we felt completely at ease. ☺️

02/05/2026: A lovely restaurant with friendly and attentive service. The very large mixed side salad was excellent and reasonably priced. The pork tenderloin with grilled vegetables and the spaghetti with burrata were both delicious. The dessert (semifreddo with pistachios) was divine. We will gladly return.

03/05/2026: Delicious food and what a beautiful location; to get there, you do have to climb a very steep hill (approx. 5 minutes), so it is not accessible by car. Parking is available at the golf course. The food is delicious and the hospitality is amazing. We have visited Waalrast 4 times now and it is always good. Thank you for the good times and the tasty food.
