16/08/2025: Excellent dinner! We stumbled upon it by chance but immediately fell in love, so much so that we returned the next day. We were impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes. On the first day (a little heavy from the previous days), we ordered a salad. It was rich and tasty (not ordinary for a salad). On the second day, we opted for the burger with local meat, which was also excellent! We were also very tempted by the pizza, but unfortunately, we were already out of time. If we return to Selva, we will definitely return. Unparalleled value for money.

05/08/2025: Very disappointing service in all aspects, very high prices, decent food, we had a pizza, burnt, with buffalo mozzarella added for three euros, plus we had a decent salad not too good, we waited half an hour for two dishes that could have been done in 15 minutes, we also asked for a bottle of tap water and the waitress replied that she could not give it to us, so she gave us a bottle without a reusable seal, cost €4.20, a cost that not even sealed bottles have, The day before we went to the restaurant opposite where they gave us tap water without problems, plus there is a fountain a short distance from the restaurant that invites tourists to drink the mountain water, I do not recommend this place, plus the total for two dishes and a water plus the cover charge of €2.50 per person with only placemats and without bread was €40

07/10/2025: The thick hot chocolate is not very good. It’s more like a regular hot chocolate with some sort of thickener added instead of melted chocolate.

17/09/2025: Whether it's a coffee, an aperitif, a pizza, or a whole meal, you'll find what you're looking for here. The food is excellent, and the welcome is what you'd expect from a mountain place that seems to have been there forever. The desserts deserve a special mention. As you enter the dining room, you'll be captivated by the display case on your left. Its size and the selection will make you forget you're in a restaurant. One of those rare cases where, looking through a window, you always seem to find something new, delicious, and beautiful. A great reason to sit down and treat yourself.

12/09/2025: What we ate was delicious, we hardly had to wait, the service was good. I recommend the Carbonara to everyone

11/10/2025: We stayed here for a week and felt completely at home. The restrooms were always clean. Leaves were removed from the pitches almost daily, and the site overall gave a well-maintained and clean impression. If there's anything to criticize, it's the rather spartanly furnished and decentralized area for emptying the chemical toilet. It simply lacks a storage area and a more pleasant design. But that shouldn't stop us from coming back.

05/10/2025: Super friendly welcome. Very good location for visiting Bolzano or Merano. A bus leaves directly there. The laundry and dishwashing rooms are very clean and tidy. The restaurant is excellent. The site is a bit small, but the individual pitches are spacious.

09/10/2025: Very nice place. I've been there a few times and I have to say I've always had a great meal. Besides the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the quality/price ratio is excellent. I recommend it.

09/10/2025: I went there based on good reviews, I wanted to try Tiroler grill plate, kind of trying a local dish and something new I asked the waitress if Tiroler grill plate is too much for one person but she advised that the dish is just “enough for one person ” and not to mention the taste for the most part was ok When I got the plate, I was surprised with the amount of food which was way too much for one person I didn’t enjoy the food and this felt like given I am not from the area so the waitress tried to give me a horrible advice? Or just selling something more expensive? What’s the point of asking for an advice if people don’t get the right answer? Because if she had mentioned that yes the plate is too mush for one person then I was thinking to order something else What a disappointment and horrible experience

25/09/2025: The food is delicious and the pizzas are simply amazing. The staff is very friendly and the prices are totally reasonable.

28/09/2025: A truly lovingly decorated alpine hut with extremely friendly staff. The Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes) was incredibly delicious.

23/09/2025: A very welcoming place where you feel at home. Panoramic terrace. Excellent food and a variety of homemade liqueurs and amari.

05/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited the Rössl Bianco in Merano and were absolutely thrilled! The ambiance is beautiful – a lovingly preserved, old hall with a very special charm. The service was warm and attentive, and we immediately felt at home. The food was simply fantastic: the schnitzel was perfectly prepared, the pasta was fresh and incredibly delicious. You can tell the passion the food is cooked with. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!

01/10/2025: Exclusive ambience. Beautiful courtyard, beautiful restaurant interior, superb hostess, excellent wine list. The dishes change; we've been there several times, and there's always something new to try. The waitress is second to none. She was always incredibly friendly, did her job perfectly, and was up for a joke now and again. Unfortunately, the waiter we had this time was a bit off the mark. He simply messed up 3-4 things too many for him to give a 5-star review. We'll definitely be back, and if things go well again, we'll adjust the rating. The restaurant is one of the best on the Wine Route.

05/10/2025: We've been coming here every fall for six years and feel very comfortable here. It's a family-run hotel offering breakfast or half board and an outdoor pool. It's located directly on Lake Kaltern. Everything has been newly renovated, and a beautiful winter garden for breakfast and dinner was added two years ago.

03/10/2025: A superb base for various excursions between Merano and Lake Garda. The food and drinks—especially Arthur's wine—are delicious. The entire staff is very attentive, and the owners are extremely kind to us guests. We'll definitely be back.

12/09/2025: The hotel has a restaurant and pizzeria inside. Very good pizza on one occasion. Excellent lunch on another occasion. Fair prices, friendly staff.

26/08/2025: We've stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent, including traditional dishes.

14/09/2025: From the mountain station, you can enjoy many beautiful hikes. They're ideal for children.

02/09/2025: A well-maintained cable car, but unfortunately, decisions are made on an individual basis. Dogs are supposed to wear muzzles, actually. On the ride, the staff made it mandatory for the first large dog, but they didn't require one for the second, even though it was also a large one. They should simply ask the passengers if they were okay with it. On the other hand, bicycles are only allowed on board from 3 p.m. onward, even though there were only two passengers in the cable car on the previous ride. The price for the uphill and downhill ride is perfectly reasonable at €15. There's an additional €7 per bike.

16/09/2025: From the outside, it's a private home; follow the white arrow and enter the stube. A very welcoming and helpful lady is in the kitchen. The dishes are beautifully prepared. We enjoyed an excellent soup of the day, spaetzle with leek and speck, and excellent dumplings with goulash. You don't have to rush because everything is prepared with care. It was a pleasant surprise. Limited parking. Clean bathroom.
