04/03/2025: A nice little guesthouse run by a very warm and humorous couple. We were once again thoroughly enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet (with cold cuts, cheese, jams, various cereals, fruit salad, yogurt, milk, juices, a variety of rolls and baguettes, toast, boiled eggs, etc.) and coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino... Just a few minutes' walk from the cable car, right on the street, the Hauenstein is very well located. Skis can be stored in the drying room, and ski boots are stored in the locker near the entrance. We are already looking forward to our next vacation here and the entertaining visits to the bar with its special atmosphere.

01/02/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Heubad for a skiing holiday and it was just as nice as it was 6 years ago, the rooms were clean and large, the wellness area left nothing to be desired, the breakfast was varied and delicious and the evening menu was always a highlight

13/01/2025: Excellent hotel in a convenient location for travel (Bolzano 20 minutes away, as is the Alpe di Siusi). Large and comfortable rooms. The fact of having two bathrooms was much appreciated, one with a shower and sink and the other with a bidet, toilet and another small sink. The only small flaw was that the pillows were too low, but to be honest we didn't ask if they had any others. The SPA is very beautiful with Turkish bath, classic sauna, hay sauna, relaxation area, gym and indoor swimming pool. In summer there is also an outdoor swimming pool. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. In the three days of our stay, the three dinners were always excellent, with various dishes well cooked and well presented. Very efficient and friendly staff. There were 10 of us and a room was reserved just for us. A special thanks to Erica who served and pampered us with diligence and joy. In conclusion, highly recommended!

16/10/2024: A great option to stop and replenish carbohydrates when it's siesta in all restaurants. Nice view, everyone will find something for themselves in the menu, these are not top-class dishes but still quite tasty.

Ottimi piatti ben curati e serviti, La cucina rappresenta bene lo stile altoatesino con ricette complesse, ma con un equilibrio di sapori e consistenze sempre presente . Nota di merito alla piccola pasticceria, molto creativa e servita su un tappeto di chicchi di caffe.

18/10/2024: Very pleasant and quiet atmosphere in the family-run restaurant. We had pizza and trout fillet, both highly recommended. Pizza is also available in “small”. The pizza base is super thin and crispy, the toppings are evenly distributed, the edge is just the right width. Plus Lagrein. Everything is available at really moderate prices. One of our regular restaurants.

06/03/2025: A wellness oasis It's beautifully furnished and very clean and well-maintained. The food is excellent. The spa area is a dream, and the gym has everything you need for a vacation. What really impressed us, though, was the entire staff. Their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness are impressive. Where do you find such employees? I would give the hotel 6 stars if I could.

24/02/2025: 😊‼️exceptional I've been to many hotels around the world, but this is probably one of the best, if not the best. The only thing that should be changed is adding a glass door that closes off the shower. Since it's open to the room, it's cool to shower in February, even though the room is well heated. Beyond that, there are no words to describe the courtesy of the service, generosity, cleanliness, comfort and availability, including the high level of maintenance. The architecture and interior design are perfect, including the materials used. Breakfast and dinner are wonderful, varied and very tasty. Great and spacious gym. Heated and fun pool and children's pool. Excellent spa treatments, a variety of saunas. Unplanned hospitality is second to none, including alcohol gel kits and hand cream in every corner of the public areas.

30/12/2024: The Black Eagle in Andrian is a culinary highlight that more than lives up to its excellent reputation. The staff impresses with their exceptional friendliness and professional service culture. The kitchen spoils you with excellent dishes in generous portions that leave nothing to be desired. Due to the high demand, a timely reservation is essential - the restaurant is very popular and is regularly fully booked. A restaurant you definitely want to visit again.

22/03/2025: I stayed in this magnificent property for a relaxing weekend. The structure is complete, present and welcoming. We had the pleasure of staying in a truly splendid room, very large and a beautiful terrace with a view. The wellness center is extraordinary, equipped with every comfort according to customer tastes, from the sauna to the heated indoor and outdoor pools. Impeccable service, both at the reception, through the restaurant, at check-out, always present and exhaustive. The only flaw is that the location is not exactly central, but the train station is a few minutes' walk away and with a 15/20 minute walk you can reach the center for the possible bus terminus as moving the car can be inconvenient. Overall a fantastic experience, I still extend my thanks to the staff.

20/03/2025: Wow! Excellent service. I’m a vegan, and every night they specifically created a special 4 course meal just for me! Service excellent. Nothing was ever a problem. Never waited more than 5 mins for the shuttle bus. They truly go above and beyond. Excellent views and so conveniently located to everything you can need. It’s the best hotel in the area for sure!

13/02/2025: The hotel has a very nice hotel bar, there was even live music that evening, which contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately there were few guests on site that evening. The cocktail 🍸 prices are appropriate for the high-quality location.
