Here for dinner, we enjoyed excellent dishes (the risotto and venison were delicious), tastefully prepared (both in form and substance) and carefully served by courteous and attentive staff, who were never intrusive. All in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.
The bill was absolutely in line with the quality of the offerings.

I was invited by a friend to Ristorante Kallmünz in Merano, and I was impressed from the very start. The castle-like setting, with its cozy courtyard filled with blankets, heaters, and Christmas lights, creates a magical atmosphere. Inside, the rustic-yet-modern décor feels warm and authentic.
The staff is young, friendly, and clearly works well together. The menu offers a nice mix of meat, fish, and creative pasta dishes. Service was quick and flawless, and every plate was beautifully presented and full of flavor.
The owner kindly offered us a digestif at the end, which made the experience even more special. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Merano — one of the best dining experiences in the city!

Incredibly good food, every plate a work of art, lovingly presented and authentic. The portions are just right and the service is not overly attentive. We felt very comfortable and were completely satisfied when we left. Absolutely recommended!
