Rossl Bianco Bistrot & Bar In Merano

After trying the restaurant, we sat under the portico, comfortable, and well-served. We ordered a trio of caneserli with melted butter, delicious. Fast and accurate service. A little pricey with the bitters, but otherwise, it was standard for Trentino.

We've eaten at Rössl Bianco several times, and each time it's been excellent! The beautifully renovated historic building exudes a real sense of coziness, and you immediately feel at ease. In the summer, the seating in the courtyard is also lovely. The service is outstanding, and so is the food. We'll definitely be back!

Great accommodation in the city center, everything within walking distance. Our room was fantastic: spacious, plenty of room, and a small balcony overlooking a courtyard. The food in the restaurant was superb!

We had a wonderful stay at the Rössl Bianco B&B in Merano. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and charmingly furnished. We especially enjoyed the generous breakfast with fresh, regional products – a perfect start to the day. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful; you immediately feel welcome. A wonderful experience. The location is very elegant, set in a beautiful period building. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and quick, with truly pleasant and polite manners. A lovely place to return to and highly recommend. Highly recommended.

Above all expectations Amazing place Wonderful, warm, welcoming, with an unmistakable style, not to mention the food, which was all excellent! I didn't post photos of the dessert because I reviewed it first, and I already know it won't disappoint! The staff was courteous and very friendly.

We dined here on January 5th after a visit to the city. Even without a reservation, they gave us a table for three. The service was prompt, and the menu offered a wide variety of traditional dishes. The portions were adequate, and the prices were typical of Merano's city center.

This review is about the restaurant. The interior is beautiful and atmospheric, but unfortunately, the dishes we ordered lacked flavor. They were the most mediocre dishes we had in Merano: the ravioli were underseasoned, and the goulash soup was too thick and lacking in flavor.

Very good bacon, very good homemade desserts and the young waiter was very good and helpful

The dining area is very nice and the cellar staff are very friendly.
