10/02/2025: I don't usually post reviews but I have to say they deserve it all!
We stayed in this hotel for a few days to be able to ski at Plan de Corones and I can only offer my compliments.
Very clean facility and staff attentive to your needs, they have an internal spa with several rooms and hydromassage pool, abundant breakfast and impeccable cuisine. Very good value for money, I will definitely return and recommend it.

07/01/2025: Considering the slightly higher prices, the food was good, but the wine was so warm (around 20/22°) that we asked for some ice cubes, which were included on the bill (3 ice cubes to be exact). 50 cents were booked. That really surprised us.
Maybe we should have sent the wine back and asked for one at a normal drinking temperature.
04/01/2025: Sosta pranzo durante escursione invernale. Posto affollato in quanto adiacente alla Chiesa di San Giacomo. Non posso giudicare il personale perchè ho avuto a che fare con solo una Signora che prendeva le ordinazioni e il tizio che serviva al tavolo i piatti ordinati. Comunque le proposte consumate direi discrete dalle patate speck e uova alla pastina in brodo con manzo. Serviti in tempi brevi. Prezzi nella norma. Andateci.

Small menu with South Tyrolean specialties such as bacon, gray cheese, Kaminwurz, pressed dumplings... just to name a few
Homemade cake (very tasty)
And a warm Alm landlady too
"What more could you want?"

15/04/2025: Initially a bit skeptical, we were very impressed by the very friendly owner and the food. Super friendly and delicious.
09/03/2025: We have been in Bolzano and in the Oberon every evening for the last few days.
The food was always delicious, the service was friendly and the price-performance ratio was good. The Pizza Buffola is particularly recommended. We would be happy to come back.

27/02/2025: Driving through Sud Tirol, pass through Sterling and visit Bäckerei Konditorei Cafe Häusler. Feel like having some cake, cookies, pastries or some strudel? No problem, this bakery has plenty of options. There are even a few savory options, including pizza and sandwiches. Coffees and your sweet item of choice can be enjoyed inside or outside at one of the few tables lining the Main Street. High recommend

Not recommended at all!!!
Never again!!! There are better pizzas in the area and the quality of the dough leaves a lot to be desired!! Concealed plates and cutlery are served!! So much for that, you can see what status the guest has in the “restaurant”.

20/03/2025: Great hotel, good clean rooms, with a good kitchen and friendly service. Extensive breakfast. There is also a frequent shuttle bus to the ski lifts. What could be better? The extremely poor service in the lounge bar. There you have to beg for someone to come and ask if you want something to drink. That can certainly be improved.

04/01/2025: Soggiorno di due notti per una visita a Trento, Bolzano e Bressanone. In posizione strategica e tranquilla, pulito, accogliente, immerso nella natura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per quanto riguarda la cena, porzioni abbondanti, pizza buonissima.

01/01/2025: Happened by chance, I was looking for a pizza by the slice even though it was the first of January. Excellent quality and excellent price. Clean toilets.
20/12/2024: I came in with my child, he needed to go to the toilet. The smell was pleasantly surprising - it smells like good barbecue. But that’s where the pleasant moments ended: the tables are dirty, all the food is done without gloves and hats (i.e. all the hands are dirty in the food, as is the hair) I was thinking of taking a snack, although we have an excellent dinner at the hotel, but the child wanted to toilet. We went. You need a key there. A family with children came down with a key, so we went. On the way out, they insulted me, said God knows what, well, we didn’t order food. I would like to wave, but my company in the form of a child was not in the mood for this. In general, it touches me when employees of lower-level establishments try to be rude, I understand this has accumulated over the day, but damn, for the fact that the child went to the toilet, which is mandatory by law in Italy. Good luck and hope you return Home as soon as possible, dear employees of the establishment.
