29/01/2024: Locale situato verso la Strada del Sole, molto bello da fuori e dentro è grande, due sala abbastanza ampie con dei bei tavoloni arredati con gusto e raffinatezza, che rispecchiano questo locale. Entrati, ci appendono le giacche e ci indicano il tavolo nella 1 sala. Ci portano i menù, lista ampia e piatti raffinati: dagli antipasti fino ai dolci. Molto interessante anche la carta dei vini. Ordiniamo( eravamo in 5) : 2 testine in salsa vinaigrette con insalatina, 1 pappardella al ragù di selvaggina, tre porzioni di mezzelune di carruba con fonduta, 1 brasato. Da bere birra/acqua( senza vino) Ottimi tutti i piatti: le mezzelune di carruba strepitose, porzioni buone, piatti presentati bene, eseguiti molto bene : qualità ottima. Personale molto gentile, tempi di attesa giusti, i piatti sono arrivati tutti insieme. Per essere uno stellato i prezzi non sono esorbitanti, rispetto a molti altri, e le porzioni sono generose. Si, è da ritornarci, magari in estate.

14/10/2023: Schöneck (show-neck) "the beautiful corner" is appropriately named. On the road a few kilometers from Bruneck, aka Brunico, you will find this great Michelin starred restaurant serving wonderful game and fish. We visited Schöneck 8 years ago and remembered having a great meal in a warm atmosphere. This night, the seasonal nenu featured chest nuts, and we sampled chestnut ravioli. It was delicious. The tasting menu included: pate, steak tartar, and an interesting take on vitello tonnato. My wife took the sea route and had Zander, a white flaky Pike/Perch fish, which she declared tasty but a bit dry. I had the lamb, which was cooked perfectly and mouth watering. Tagliolini and seafood were very tasty, and the wine list was ample with some good values. Dessert was a creamy souffle. If not for the fish, this was a firm 5/5.
