15/03/2026: Aside from the fact that we ate excellently and paid a fair price, I'd like to compliment the dark-haired lady (sorry, I don't remember her name) who is incredibly kind. She was very kind to us, especially our son Massimo, and at the end she offered us a delicious grappa. I'd go back just for her, thanks again!

22/12/2025: Reservations are required as it's always full. The service is fast, there's a wide variety of food and excellent tempura. The only downside is the price of drinks and cover charge, which are average. I'll definitely be back.

15/02/2026: We spent a week skiing at the Sägemühle during the school holidays and rented a spacious, new apartment. The apartment was fantastic! We were delighted with the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and cozy living room. A small suggestion: The shower water could have been a bit warmer, and a few more dishes in the kitchen would have been the icing on the cake. Despite these minor issues, it was a 5-star experience – highly recommended! The campsite is only about a 30-minute drive from Sulden and is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. We also found several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Thank you for the wonderful and enjoyable stay! We would love to come back again.

07/02/2026: A small, very nice hotel. The apartment was spacious and cleaned daily. The hotel has a ski storage room with boot ventilation, a spa area with a bio sauna, a Finnish sauna, a steam room, and an infrared cabin. There is also a pool. Half-board includes a breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, a variety of cereals, fruit salad and vegetables, quark, and a wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and jams. The selection of breads and rolls is equally extensive. In the evening, the bell rings for the five-course meal, which begins with a salad buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to yogurt dressing, there is a choice of various oils and vinegars for the dressings. The courses then follow, with a choice of only two main dishes, which is not a drawback, as good ingredients and an even better chef transform each course into a delight. The only downside: it takes 1.5 to 1.75 hours. For children, there's a playroom in the restaurant. We were very impressed, but hope that the snow removal on the slopes will be taken more seriously on our next visit. Anyone who's already afraid of falling due to injuries needs slip-free slopes. The high number of repeat guests demonstrates the hotel's consistent quality.

04/02/2026: We stayed at the hotel as a group of six. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean. The spa area was fantastic, the breakfast very good, and the dinner perfect! There was a free ski bus to Kurzras, and to our surprise, there was even free cake with afternoon coffee! A hotel we'll definitely return to!

26/04/2026: The Kaiserschmarrn with lingonberries was excellent and a generous portion. The service was very friendly and quick, and our table outside against the building offered a magnificent view of the mountains. The prices are perfectly reasonable.

12/04/2026: I had breakfast with my husband and daughter...amazing strudel...so delicious! Kind and friendly staff! Fantastic location and view of the square which was snowing was spectacular!

02/04/2026: We visited last week for a morning coffee and a sweet bite to eat. The service was warm and welcoming, the cappuccino was brilliant, and the apple strudel was the best we've had in town. There is plenty of space indoors.

I recommend coming here as soon as it opens to get your food as quickly as possible with the all-you-can-eat option. There might be a wait during peak hours, but it's all perfectly manageable. Since I've seen in other reviews that many people have communication problems, I recommend simply writing down the phone numbers and giving them to them; then everything will go smoothly.

08/01/2026: A wide selection of delicious sandwiches and toppings! We've had several delicious breakfasts here and received excellent service from the friendly staff.

13/12/2025: I returned to this restaurant, but I would say that during the Christmas holidays it doesn't perform as it should, the food isn't perfect (during the year it is spectacular), the noise (many Christmas tables), the service... That's all there is!

03/03/2026: Nice place, but we didn't manage to eat anything because we arrived at the busiest time when the bar is closed and the restaurant isn't open yet. But the worst thing was the owner's gruff and unfriendly attitude.

20/11/2025: Fantastic facility. The wellness center and spa are spectacular. Everything is meticulously maintained, tidy, and clean. They're very close to Vipiteno and the A22 exit. I've never seen such an exceptional view from the relaxation areas. The evening buffet could be larger, and it could be replenished.

11/01/2026: We had such a lovely stay in this hotel! Travelling with our family and a couple of friends. The hotel is super comfortable, the staff is friendly, food is delicious. Relax area is very nice as well. We like Travelling " off peak" generally and it wasn't too crowded at all. Just perfect. Thank you to the whole staff of the hotel ♡
