If you are planning a trip to the Dolomites, book a room here before word gets out. Hotel Interski is hands-down one of the best properties in the region. The Location: Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Being centrally located in Santa Cristina (Val Gardena) means minimal driving and maximum trail time. The Food & Amenities: The daily breakfast offered a fantastic variety to fuel our treks. We also loved the flexibility of their dinner program—you can decide each morning whether to join the hotel for dinner that night. We did so twice during our five-night stay, and both the quality and service were top-tier. The Room & Facilities: Our room was spacious and modern, complete with a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. But the real highlight is the outdoor oasis. The infinity pool, jacuzzi, and manicured lawn are the ultimate rewards after a long day on your feet. They've truly thought of everything, even providing pool robes and tote bags. The Hospitality: What sets this place apart is the warmth. Martine, Barbara, and Angela provided flawless service, and the owner, Lukas, treats you like an old friend (make sure to try a beer from his on-site microbrewery!). I cannot recommend Hotel Interski enough and hope to return soon!

Amazing place in the heart of Val Gardena. The hotel itself has incredible accommodations, we used the spa, pool and sauna every single day. The food is great and I would highly recommend eating here (they also have vegetarian friendly options if needed). They have their own brewery so try some of their beers.🍺 The hotel is close to the bus stop, making connections to the neighbouring towns easy. Try using the local lifts, as they bring you directly up to the views and nature! 🏔️ 🚠 (Buying the Val Gardena card is a must and saves money in the long run).

I greatly appreciated the wellness area, meticulously maintained and ideal for rejuvenating after a day of hiking or skiing; the heated outdoor pool overlooking the Dolomites is an unforgettable experience. The cuisine is another highlight, with dishes that expertly blend local flavors and international sophistication, accompanied by a top-notch wine list. The staff is impeccable, always friendly and ready to satisfy every need with great professionalism. It is the ideal place for those seeking a rejuvenating holiday in a familiar yet luxurious atmosphere.

​We are just about to go home after a week of skiing in Val Gardena and are super happy with our stay at Hotel Interski. The hotel really lived up to the pictures and our expectations – we really felt we got a lot for our money. ​Rooms and comfort ​Our room was just as nice as promised with comfortable beds, good storage and a mini fridge. The cleaning was impeccable. A big advantage was the soundproofing; we heard absolutely nothing from neighbors or corridors during our entire stay. The only small area for improvement was the ventilation; it didn’t feel like there was any active one, so we had to open the window for fresh air (which worked well for us though). ​Gastronomy: Breakfast & Dinner ​We had half board and the food was of a high standard: ​Breakfast: A really good buffet with nutritious food – perfect for a day on the slopes. We stayed full until lunch. ​Service: The staff were fantastic! Especially the woman at breakfast who was incredibly helpful and made sure our gluten-allergic friend got his own bread every day. ​Dinner: Started with a great salad buffet and a nice selection of cheeses and desserts. Some main courses were absolutely magical, while a few dishes were a little more anonymous, but overall very good. ​Spa, Gym & Facilities ​The spa was one of the highlights and had that little extra: ​Pool & Hot Tub: Both the hot tub and part of the pool (with a nice infinity solution towards the village) are outdoors. ​Sauna: There is a steam sauna in the basement, but the best was the sauna out on the terrace with a view of the whole of St. Christina. ​Gym: Located in the spa and has a modern treadmill, while the other equipment is of an older model. ​Electric car: For those of us who traveled with electric cars, it was a big plus that there were charging facilities directly at the hotel. ​Ski Facilities and Shuttle ​The ski storage was spacious, fresh and well-organized with dedicated spaces for each room. The hotel shuttle service was worth its weight in gold; the driver was extremely service-minded and drove/picked us up at the lift every day, which made logistics super easy. ​Summary ​The service is outstanding. All the staff are friendly and it was a very nice touch that the owner walked around and talked to the guests. We can highly recommend Hotel Interski!

We went skiing there during the last week of February as an alternative to the now completely overpriced and overrated St. Moritz. We stumbled upon the INTERSKI by chance, booked through friends, and were warmly welcomed by Lukas upon arrival. Lukas (the second-generation owner) is truly the heart and soul of the place; he's visible and available from early morning until late at night, seven days a week. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable, nothing sagged or damaged, and the room service was excellent. Breakfast is very healthy and plentiful, with no queues at the lift stations. The ski storage room is modern and spacious, the parking is ample, and thank you again for the battery charger. After skiing, there's a small cake snack, and you can have a coffee at the hotel bar. For dinner: you choose your meal in the morning, and it's served from 7:00 pm onwards at pre-reserved tables by friendly and well-trained staff. Everything is of good quality and well-prepared. The wine prices are amazing—a glass of house wine for just 4 euros! The cocktails were very well mixed, and the bartender Samuel deserves special mention!
