27/12/2024: First time in this place. All very nice, refined and tasty menu. Very good. The tripe and ravioli are exceptional. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Compliments to chef STEPHAN ZIPPL. 🔝🔝

25/11/2024: Wir hatten eine Weihnachtsfeier, die in Erinnerung bleibt: Neben dem geschmackvollen Ambiente und dem herzlichen, kompetenten Service hat uns natürlich das herausragende Essen begeistert. Wir hatten uns schnell auf 5 Gänge geeinigt (zum Glück, mit den Zwischengängen vom Haus wäre es uns sonst zu viel gewesen), jede konnte sich die Gänge aussuchen, die ihr am liebsten waren. Besonders warnatürlich der lokoregionäre Bezug (Zirbenaroma inklusive). Es war auch ein Genuss mit gutem Gewissen- gesunde, leichte, nachhaltige Zutaten zu einem optisch und aromatisch in jeder Hinsicht überzeugenden Kunstwerk arrangiert, wir waren begeistert!

12/10/2024: We are also thrilled with our fourth stay at the Hotel Vier Seasons! We appreciate the comfortable box spring beds and the spacious room. Before the excellent breakfast, we use the versatile fitness room and swim a few lengths in the indoor pool. There is a lot to do in the area during the day: from cycling tours to hiking to shopping at the various markets. Back at the Four Seasons, we occasionally sit down in the cozy lobby and fortify ourselves with a delicious snack. And then we look forward to relaxing in the beautifully furnished spa area or in the romantic private spa. Dinner is a pleasure and offers different options when choosing the menu. They are also extremely considerate of intolerances. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and they respond to our needs in a customer-oriented manner. Thank you very much, we are already looking forward to our fifth stay!

04/11/2024: Ich war schon vor 3Jahren einmal hier und habe die herrliche, ruhige Lage inmitten von Weinreben und Blick auf die umliegenden Berge wieder sehr genossen. Hier fühlt man sich in familiärer Atmosphäre wohl und wird rundherum verwöhnt. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar frisch und das Abendessen ist hervorragend! Die Weine sind köstlich und das gesamte Personal zuvorkommend. Auf ein Wiedersehen im Stroblhof freue ich mich jetzt schon! Herzliche Grüße nach Eppan!

04/11/2024: Bei angenehmen herbstlichen Temperaturen und strahlendem Sonnenschein bekamen wir einen gemütlichen Platz im Freien, der Tisch war wunderschön gedeckt und mit Liebe zum Detail mit Blumen geschmückt. Das freundliche Servicepersonal half gerne bei der Auswahl von Speisen und Wein und ging auch auf meine Extrawünsche ein. Die Gerichte waren alle fantastisch, eine wahre Gaumenfreude! Man merkte gleich die Frische und hohe Qualität der Zutaten. Auch optisch waren die Speisen ein Fest! Zum Abschluss gab es für mich noch einen hausgemachten glutenfreien Kastanienkuchen…ein wahrer Traum! Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal, Danke für dieses schöne Erlebnis!

23/08/2024: A sweet change from the Hotel Muchele. On espresso lungo and ice cream and a Florentine. A coming and going. Very cute shop. The ice cream was excellent. The self-service coffee machine is a hit. Why can't you find something like this in Germany? Thank you!

09/02/2025: Nice and welcoming family-run hotel, with very friendly staff. Varied and plentiful breakfast included, excellent Neapolitan pizza, possibility to use the SPA. Excellent location for visiting Lake Braies and the entire valley including Cron4. Overall excellent value for money.

03/04/2025: Very tasty pizzas, super friendly owners. As guests, we were allowed to spend the night in the camper in the parking lot for a small surcharge and were also offered coffee or something similar for the next morning.

21/04/2025: Unfortunately, I can only give it one point. The reception by the manager was, as always, cold. We were seated at two separate tables, even though we had reserved by phone 10 days in advance. (The manager said we had been told this over the phone, but that's not true!!! Otherwise, we certainly wouldn't have reserved, because you can't celebrate a family Easter dinner and a birthday party at two separate tables. We would have definitely reserved a table somewhere else!!!!!)... One good point: the seat we were offered was well located by the window with a great view. The food didn't arrive at the same time for everyone, which I can understand given how busy it was... When the waiter asked if we wanted dessert, I unfortunately had to reply that my food hadn't arrived yet... 😅 After waiting for two hours, I finally got my asparagus risotto... and the rest of the family could move on to dessert. The young waiters were very attentive and friendly! The food was average, and the pizza was 10/10.

15/04/2025: It's always a pleasure to come back, the very kind staff always finds us a table even if we don't book. The strong point is the children's playroom which allows parents to relax and enjoy excellent food. The choice is vast even for vegetarians. Big up!

23/03/2025: Hmm - maybe I'm a bit sensitive, but that's not what a tomato salad should look like (tomatoes just roughly halved and a few red onions on top, the tomatoes also ripen rather early and are therefore quite hard). The noodles, on the other hand, were great - very nice. Unfortunately the service wasn't attentive, that could be better. If I derive the claim from the ambience of the restaurant, then there should be a little more. All in all, a good rating - and we would come back (but without the tomato salad)

17/03/2025: We came back for the delicious ravioli (mezzelune) every night. I'll try to recreate it at home. The carpaccio also deserves praise. Amazing. The pizza was delicious but it was the pasta that we came back for.

10/04/2025: The entire Trudnerhof team was extremely friendly and accommodating and took great care of the guests' well-being. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable, the chef conjured up great dishes every evening. In short: it was a very successful stay. We stayed at this hotel with a couple who were friends of ours, we were all very satisfied and can only recommend this accommodation.
