08/11/2025: Incredibly friendly people. It was a spontaneous stop; I initially thought it was closed. But since an older gentleman went in before me, I didn't turn around but went in. The terrace is really nicely decorated. In the morning, I'd even say it was sunny ☀️. I only had a drink, so I don't know what the food is like.

14/09/2025: I've been to the Sesselschwaige a few times this year, which was newly managed this year. Why a few times?
Because the staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests. The food was excellent, I can only recommend it. The cakes are also very delicious.
The prices are a bit higher compared to other huts, but considering that the food is regularly airlifted up, I think the prices are really justified. 👍🏻
I can only recommend it. 😊

22/02/2026: Last week, we took our grandchildren to Mr. Oberprantacher's bakery for a "Schüttelbrot and Vinschgerlen - South Tyrolean Bread Baking Course." It was a fantastic experience for everyone. He explained everything so well, we could all try it ourselves, and at the end, we got to take the delicious bread home. Simply wonderful! Thank you again!
05/02/2026: Hello, my sister and I attended a baking course for Vinschgerl and Schüttelbrot about a week ago. Mr. Oberprantacher not only wonderfully and enthusiastically introduced us to the valuable foodstuff "bread," but also gave us a very enjoyable afternoon of our vacation with his detailed knowledge, wealth of information, passion, and joy. Happy and with our own freshly baked bread, we ended our vacation the next day. The bread tastes fantastic, and we even received the recipes. We'll be back!

This review was for the previous pizzeria. I need to try it before judging.
What can I say? It's definitely one of the best pizzerias serving Northern Italian-style thin-crust pizzas. Not a good choice if you're looking for Neapolitan pizza, as the dough is very thin. But if you like this type of pizza, you're in the right place. The dough is easy to digest and the ingredients are high-quality.
The place is very small, so we don't always order take-out. Delivery is almost always fast, though. 8/10
15/09/2025: The setting is not ideal (busy main street), but very good for eating a good pizza fairly quickly in Bolzano.

The fried foods are dry, and the meat is tasty and well-cooked. The portions are generous, and the prices are lower than others. The small, simple atmosphere offers quick service.

05/11/2025: Excellent food, great and friendly service! We spent one night in South Tyrol and wanted an authentic meal in the evening. We found exactly what we were looking for at Bürgerstube Ritten! A fantastic speck and cheese platter followed by a delicious pizza. Add a local beer and you're in heaven. TOP!
14/10/2025: We arrived late but the welcome was warm. 2 waitresses were very friendly, smiling and patient because we don't speak their language. Perfect value for money, nothing to say. Honestly, if you pass by, stop by for a bite to eat.

I came here on vacation and wasn't even that hungry, so I couldn't fully enjoy it.
I recommend this place to everyone if you're coming here on vacation.
30/12/2025: A beautiful charming restaurant in a beautiful location, but it is only open until 2 am and then only from 5 pm, the bar is open all day so be careful, you won't recognize it on Google and we went to the mountains for nothing :)

14/10/2025: We stayed at the hotel for three nights on our motorcycle tour. Excellent service, super hospitality, everything was perfect.
The host even drove us in his own car to a restaurant where we enjoyed Törggelen (traditional German Törggelen).

09/11/2025: One of the best wineries in Alto Adige. One of the best Gewurtztraminers I've ever tasted, but especially their Pinot Noirs.
Courteous and hospitable.
03/10/2025: In the center of Termeno/Tramin, a renowned winery produces high-quality wines, primarily based on Traminer and Pinot Noir.
The production of dealcoholized wines from Riesling grapes is interesting; we particularly liked the new Dr. Fischer, made from grapes that provide a low-alcohol base.
The woman who welcomed us was very knowledgeable and helpful, allowing us to fully understand and appreciate Hofstätter wines.
