19/07/2025: The pizza is always excellent, well-leavened and flavorful, and the beer selection is varied and high-quality. But unfortunately, the positives end there. Despite the average number of diners, the wait for pizza is about an hour. The cleanliness of the bathrooms needs improvement, and the scale has settled. After a certain hour, service is completely absent. Furthermore, young people come and go, leave, and then return without consuming anything... uh...

02/07/2025: Stumbled upon this place on our first night in Bolzano, tired and hungry after a long journey. We were served excellent pizza in a nice place. Couldn't have asked for anything better at this time! Highly recommended!

02/03/2025: Solo estuvimos en San Vigilio por 4 noches como un grupo de 12 reservamos Erika's para nuestra segunda noche y tuvimos una gran comida, el servicio fue muy bueno la joven que nos atendió era muy sonriente y nada era demasiado problema. Cuando el restaurante que habíamos reservado para nuestra última noche nos dijo que iban a cerrar su cocina a las 7. 30 sea todo dicho volvamos a casa de Erica y no defraudó, la misma camarera sonriente nos cuidó.

09/06/2025: Did not stay at the hotel, but just ate here for dinner. We had one of the best pizzas we've ever had here! The view from your table is spectacular as well.

21/04/2025: We found ourselves in the area and I saw the very positive reviews, I fully agree with what I read! Spacious room, very comfortable bed and working bathroom. Below the guesthouse there is the restaurant, very practical, very friendly and also very good staff. Excellent location for getting around and surrounded by true nature. I recommend it with pleasure👍👍

10/08/2025: Bellissimo giardino con tavoli all’aperto. Buon cibo. Convivialità. Personale gentile e attento. Canederli in brodo buoni ma non eccezionali. Il brodo un po’ sciapo. Grigliata per 2 buona e abbondante. Birra di buona qualità. Abbiamo preso 3 birre, grigliata, pretzel e canederli in brodo, speso circa 60€.

04/08/2025: nachdem wir nun schon über 35 Jahre im Pfefferlechner einkehren, wir kennen noch alles vor dem Umbau, sagt dies alles, wie zufrieden wir hier sind. Als deutscher Braumeister noch ein großes Lob für die guten Bierspezialitäten. Macht weiter so. Bis bald.

06/08/2025: The restaurant is very warm and clean, unlike European restaurants. The steak is delicious and the burger is good. The prices are higher than average, but it's worth it because of the atmosphere and cleanliness (they charged us 16 euros, saying it was for plates, spoons, and parking fees!!)

03/08/2025: Good dinner, but the atmosphere was too frenetic We had dinner at this restaurant during our vacation in the Dolomites. The meat was truly delicious, well-cooked, and of excellent quality. The service itself was also courteous and efficient. However, the overall atmosphere left us a bit perplexed. It almost felt like we were on an assembly line: everything was so fast, almost as if they wanted to serve you and get you out as quickly as possible to make room for the next shift. I understand there are multiple shifts, but when you're on vacation, you also want a bit of tranquility. Here, however, we felt a bit anxious, as if we couldn't truly relax. Another detail that bothered us was the wine selection: we had chosen one bottle, but the waiter immediately offered us another (more expensive) one, questioning our decision. This gesture might seem disrespectful to the customer's taste, and it made us wonder whether it was truly sincere advice or just a ploy to increase the bill. Overall, the food was good and the service was good, but the overly fast-paced, sales-oriented approach took away some of the enjoyment of the evening.

03/05/2025: Typical Ladin restaurant; atmosphere a bit like grandma's house but with very good and plentiful dishes. Fixed menu upon reservation at a cost of €32 per person with the following courses: - barley soup starter accompanied by a pancake filled with spinach; - two types of ravioli (ricotta and spinach / potatoes) accompanied by choice with parmesan and/or sweet poppy seeds (fantastic!) - baked shank with potatoes and sauerkraut; - mixed sweet pancakes with homemade jam (apple and red fruits); - strudel with filo pastry and whipped cream; - coffee killer offered by the house; Separately we had two glasses of wine at a cost of €4 each. Advised!

17/04/2025: The place is cozy, the service is wonderful, and the Tirtlans that Mrs. Francisca makes are delicious and fresh. It's a great place to catch up with friends and have a drink! 🥰❣️

20/07/2025: Rifugio che non è un rifugio, la vista è spettacolare come lo è in tanti rifugio di montagna ma questo non è un rifugio, dovrebbero cambiare il nome perchè è un ristorante vero e proprio, se arrivi ad ora di pranzo non puoi entrare per un caffè perchè fanno solo servizio al tavolo e quindi devi mangiare, prezzi da stellato, si salva il bagno, pulito come se ne vedono pochi ma per il resto male male.

20/07/2025: We went to this hut for lunch during the hike. First of all, I would like to point out that the hut faces a large influx of tourists in the summer, so refreshments are possible in two ways: Either just a bar and small dishes (outside) or a restaurant with indoor seating. The service is pleasant, but despite their large number, they sometimes can't keep up. The offer is wide, but the prices are higher even among alpine huts due to the high demand; fortunately, the portions are large, so you can fill up even with just the soup.

03/05/2025: At the beginning of May a wonderfully warm evening 24*C A very fine meal from starters to the main course to dessert, very balanced and super tasty. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

30/05/2025: A beautifully located hotel—great for both passing through and a short trip. The rooms are clean and spacious, the spa is amazing, and the breakfast is perfect! But there's one thing I find outstanding, especially in these times! There was a small discrepancy at check-out that was resolved so perfectly by the manager herself! That was perfect service, and nothing but praise is in order. Thank you.

14/07/2025: Cozy ambiance and good food in a rural setting The restaurant impresses with its beautiful, rustic cellar ambiance and pleasant atmosphere. The food was tastefully prepared, the portions were generous, and the value for money was excellent. The location is idyllic and easily accessible. It's especially appealing for families: there's a small playground for children right on site. A farm next door invites you to linger, where you can admire various animals up close. Overall, a successful outing for foodies and families alike.
