I migliori ristoranti in Bolzano/bozen

09/08/2024: Siamo tornati al SooChic ed è stata una conferma di tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato. Tempura di gamberi molto buoni e appetitosi serviti con una salsa di soia e una agrodolce, spaghetti allo scoglio con cozze vongole scampi e un sughetto veramente ottimi, tagliata di tonno rosso veramente super delicato e cotto alla perfezione con misticanza di verdure e per finire panna cotta con salsa al cioccolato e gelato alla vaniglia con frutti di bosco. Insomma tornare da Ronnie al SooChic e sempre un piacere in primis per gli ottimi piatti di pesce di mare freschissimo gustati a 1800 m del Plan de Gralba e per il panorama stupendo che cotorna il ristorante. Per chi passa in zona Plan de Gralba lo consiglio sia per l'eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo, noi ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

12/04/2024: Enésima semana de esquí en Val Gardena, y como en otras ocasiones no podía faltar nuestra visita al Ristorante Soo Chic de nuestro amigo Ronnie Lampredi. El trato inmejorable, la calidad de la carta superior y esa terraza con un entorno mágico, con el Sassolungo al frente y el macizo del Sella a la izquierda no se puede describir con palabras, hay que verlo en persona. Todo aquel que visite Val Gardena no debería dejar escapar la ocasión de visitar este fabuloso restaurante.

18/08/2024: Nice location, I took the sweet dumplings with ricotta and apricot, I didn't like them...but not due to my personal taste, perhaps I was expecting other flavors in my mouth. Inside the apricot is whole, outside there is melted butter as a condiment/ sugar and berries. While the sausage sandwich never disappoints.

01/04/2024: Wir sind von Anfang an dabei. Ein super Treffpunkt für alle, die die Pisten von der Kuppelwies aus mit der Schwemmalm Kabinenbahn nutzen. Auch Einheimische tauschen sich hier aus!! Nett modern-alpin eingerichtet und eine tolle Teeauswahl. Kleine Souvenirs erhältlich.

17/03/2024: Bar at the base of the cable car. Clean, simple, friendly waitress. Excellent location for breakfast, lunch or post-ski aperitif

10/08/2024: At the Steinerhof we had the best accommodation on the Meraner Höhenweg. Unfortunately the Hofschank was closed that day, so we had to miss out on the delicious food. But a table was immediately reserved for us at Rosemarie's. And we weren't disappointed there. It was very tasty. The large room with very good beds and a super spacious bathroom was really a dream after the last 2 nights in a shared room. Here we were able to really relax and enjoy ourselves. The breakfast was also a dream. Here too we use our own products, everything fresh and very lovingly prepared for the eyes. A big thank you from us for that.

10/08/2024: We as guests have rarely been as disappointed as we were here. The salad was tasteless and so were the canned ingredients. The oil that was obviously provided was a frying oil. When we kindly asked to exchange it for another oil, we were only told that no guest had complained about it for a year. The jacket potatoes for 15.00 (!!) were woody At the end, my wife was insulted by the innkeeper because she had previously dared to politely order another oil and when asked whether the food was good, she answered honestly that it wasn't. A host should endure that or not ask the question. The landlord obviously has a problem. Better not try it!! Stay away from this restaurant!

15/07/2024: Very nice little place. I go there almost every morning for a quick breakfast before work. Low prices compared to others. Very kind staff.

09/08/2024: Il miglior rifugio dell alta Badia sia che si stia bassi che si salga su con le ovovie o seggiovie. Cucina ottima , quasi tutti i piatti sono di tradizione locale dallo stinco alle costine poi canederli ecc. io consiglio il galletto e costine. Porzioni ottime di sapore ed abbondanti ( non tutti le fanno così), personale gentilissimo ottima la pulizia sia della sala che dei bagni. Sono anni che ci veniamo ed in confronto a molti è rimasto sempre uguale anzi delle due è migliorato. Prezzo onestissimo per la qualità e quantità delle porzioni!

27/08/2024: Ice cream to drive around for. Delicious sorbet cups that do not skimp on time or ingredients. And that for only 6 euros. No terrace, but you can sit at the coffee shop opposite. Then order coffee of course, for very reasonable prices. Sitting on the stairs also works.

17/08/2024: It was very tasty, I had the peppino with truffle. The homemade sauces were uniquely delicious. It is very comfortable to sit on the terrace on the lower floor of the Kreuzwirt and the advice and service are perfect

17/08/2024: Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service and wonderful food! My rib-eye steak was very tasty and the frying level was perfect. The homemade sauces were also a delight. I can only recommend it!
