I love this Hotel but the service was terrible when I visited solo last week. I had to wait so long no eye contact walked by me many times. Felt so uncomfortable . In the end instead of lunch I opted for espresso and dessert espresso came 10 minutes later the dessert no apology no explanation. Very disapointing

This winter, too, we stayed at this impeccable establishment. Confirming the sensations I experienced in previous seasons, I'd like to focus on an exquisite organizational aspect that highlights the understated elegance with which the owners manage this little oasis of happiness: finding the same staff year after year is a sign of moral integrity and professional foresight. 03/08/2026: As someone with celiac disease, this is one of the best places I've ever been. The menu has a wide variety of gluten-free options, and not only that, but the waiter also confirmed that they have two separate kitchens, which is always reassuring to hear. The food was excellent, offering pizzas, pasta, and other dishes. Furthermore, the service was fantastic, making this place a 10/10. I'll be back!
