Walthers' In Bolzano

As someone with celiac disease, this is one of the best places I've ever been. The menu has a wide variety of gluten-free options, and not only that, but the waiter also confirmed that they have two separate kitchens, which is always reassuring to hear. The food was excellent, offering pizzas, pasta, and other dishes. Furthermore, the service was fantastic, making this place a 10/10. I'll be back!

Walthers restaurant in the center of Bolzano is honestly beautiful and delicious. They have outdoor seating and indoor seating, but I expect the indoor seating is only for locals or those who drink alcohol. The staff are respectful and excellent, especially Alex, who manages the tables. He can tell you're Arab from your features and is very considerate and respectful of everyone, always with a smile. If the restaurant is full, they'll put you on a reservation list in the book, and you wait according to the number of people. We waited for half an hour, strolling around the square and browsing the shops. We ordered lasagna, beef pasta, white pasta with chicken, and chicken pizza. The food was truly delicious, and the prices are moderate to expensive.

Almost all pizzas can be made gluten-free. According to the menu, there are separate areas and trained staff. (AIC) The server was also knowledgeable. I had a pizza, which I enjoyed, but tastes vary, as we all know. Plenty of outdoor seating in a lovely setting in the city center. I would recommend this restaurant!

It was a wonderful and delicious experience. We ordered mushroom risotto, burrata pizza, and ravioli. Everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The seating area is very nice and the details are lovely. And the best part is that the owner, Alex, is cheerful and easygoing, and he was very happy to see us as Arabs. It's definitely worth trying and going back! 👌🏻👌🏻

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During our vacation in Bolzano, we ate at Walthers a total of eight times – which speaks for itself. It became our regular haunt during that time. The food was excellent every time, the atmosphere on Walther Square is wonderful, and the service was consistently first-class. A very special thank you goes to Skerdi and Willian, who always took such excellent care of us with their warm, attentive, and professional manner. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. We would also like to mention Forkul. He brought us our drinks and was very friendly, polite, and attentive. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful evenings! If we vacation in Bolzano again, Walthers will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommended!
